The Dog Park at Doherty Park in Hopewell Junction, New York is a fully fenced enclosure with separate areas for large and small dogs. We used to have a dog that climbed/jumped over 8’ fences so there are extra wires at the top to prevent escapes. The bottom is also secured to the ground with extra staples so no one can dig out either. Absolutely no new dog-to-dog introductions can occur at this spot. This is in reference to the new Playmates feature on Sniffspot. Please do not book our spot for this purpose.
