3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

We live on 13 acres. Half the land is farmed the other half is wooded. No fences, just open fields with plenty of room to roam.

Hey friends 🐶 I have a fenced in back yard, big enough to let your pups run and play. My Sammy is a 5 year old mixed breed. I think maybe American bully and Lab mix. He's a happy boy and would love for your fur babies to come have a place to play!

Kindly read this entire description! Welcome to our home! We live in rural Sampson County and would love to offer a spot for locals and travelers to come run and play with their pup! We have a pup who is dog reactive and understand the importance of being able to stop and know that we have a quiet spot to stretch and walk that is not a traditional, public dog park! This is our private, working residence so please keep that in mind. We are very flexible on amenities and if you need something, just ask. There are chickens on the property but they will be left in their coop if a booking is made. Please ensure your dog has good recall and that they do not terrorize the birds in their coop. We also have a resident barn cat that does not like dogs and he will defend himself so please make sure your pup gives him some distance. We have a large field surrounded by wooded area that your pup is free to roam and play off leash if they have good recall. If they do not have good recall please keep them on a leash. If you would like to set up agility equipment - be our guest! In the summer the field does have patches of wildflowers that can get several feet high. We do not spray or apply any chemicals to them. There may also be a large brush pile present as we are actively clearing invasive plant species but we will not be burning while you are here! We have a resident dog that is very old and not dog friendly so we will ensure he is safely in the house, however I cannot guarantee that a stray dog won’t pass through. That doesn’t happen often and you will likely have plenty of time to recall and get your pup, but this is the country and there are folks that allow their dogs to roam. We have a senior dog that we must protect his health and outside animals we must respect as well so if your dog appears ill or is menacing we reserve the right to kindly ask you to leave - thank you for understanding. Please DO NOT allow your dogs to go into the front of our property. Kindly keep them in the field behind our home and garage. There is a covered shed area you may use to get out of the sun but please be advised there is equipment and sharp stuff under there so use at your own risk! Remember this is the country so there may be snakes, rabbits, ticks, ants, and other types of wildlife. Please dress and prepare accordingly ☺️. Thanks

Go to Maine gate with Flag pole unless instructed otherwise please!!! Fully fenced in Pasture, for running, trails to the large creek with heaps of swimming spots. Wooded areas for walking and exploring. Bathrooms on site.TURN WATER OFF IF USED!!! Cameras are on site for safety. Lite area at night. Also great star viewing area. Agility equipment area. There is a lure course option for additional fee. I am also on Facebook for contact as well. Shadow Hill Farm and Kennel. I also offer other services just ask. Very quiet and peaceful area. You MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG PLEASE!!!!

Its a fully fenced chin link fence. Have a deck with chairs is shaded some but can add an umbrella if needed. Has a hose to step up a sprinkler (if requested). Will have water out for dogs and poop bag provided.
