The fence at the lowest was about 5ft(my best guess) but the majority was 6 ft. The base of the fence was very secure. It was a mixture of wooden privacy fence, chain link, and horizontal wooden fencing, and posts (the last two had 6ft wire mesh). We met the hosts on our way out and they were lovely as well. We accidentally caught them by surprise pulling in but they were still able to accommodate us and put their dog away so we could enjoy the space. So to that when you book I would just either wait till you hear back from them or knock when you get there to make sure! But they were so sweet! Cana C.
