Feel free to pull up in the driveway and park as close to the chain link gate with Sniffspot! sign (near basketball hoop) as possible. There are extra poop bags as well as a scooper and trash can. My dog Bo (80-lb Border Collie mix, 8 years old) can stay inside, or if your dog enjoys socializing he’s happy to join for supervised play. The yard is mostly enclosed with 6-ft wood privacy fencing and secure gates, with a small section of wire fence facing the street where dogs may occasionally see passing activity. Two side gates provide easy entry into the backyard. The space is intentionally simple and sniff-friendly with grass and minimal landscaping so dogs can run, roll, and explore naturally. A separate fenced garden area keeps dogs out of the vegetable beds. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. A nearby backyard sometimes has ducks or chickens, which you may hear occasionally, but most neighboring yards are not visible due to the fencing. Lowkey, small yard in Arbor Lodge. For anybody looking to clown around with some agility equipment, play with high-quality dog toys, and watch their kiddo get the zoomies, book with us! We have reinforced wooden fencing with chicken wire. Neighbours to left (facing house) have no dog, neighbours to right have a medium sized dog who can be vocal but is rarely outside. We have set up a double barrier so fence fighting can be avoided - we have never had this happen but like to be cautious anyway, and give guests peace of mind. This is in a residential neighbourhood so keep that in mind. A-frame, weave poles, and many agility jumps to create your own agility course map. Also, by the stump and along the fence line with ivy your dogs are welcome to dig in the dirt. Just please do not let pups tear up my grass. Thank you!

Yard backs to an elementary school and park, so at times there is recess near the back fence (busy), or just generally people at the park. Please do not use the dog kennel/enclosure area.

Pick your fill of blackberries July-August. Please never bring any unvaccinated dog or puppy. Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes. Extra waste bags are available in the old milk box next to the porch steps. Credits are given to good samaritans for helping with missed piles! Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected May-Sept PLEASE USE SPIGOT Next to House Chimney for water or NEXT TO HOSE BOX by fence. If not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle should always be open (up) in summer months. Park area is east of the driveway then the grass wraps around back of the house. Have a good time exploring and playing! We appreciate your business and love dogs. Please just encourage them to avoid the porch areas and flower/fruit gardens. Leave any open water line or hose running if found that way in summer months. Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. This is a rare but possible occurrence. Hello I am Mookie, a Golden Doodle who loves to play ball and my Human is Grace. She got me this place with a long yard, perfect for playing with a chuck it! I begged for a pug and she let me have Frankie. We are happy to share our yards which have different areas for different Dog needs. Human needs can be taken care of too. We are relatively new to Sniffspot and will be adding new features as we go. Our pictures show how much we have changed since we opened the very snowy end of January. Frankie and I will not be coming out to visit your dogs, but once you leave we will enjoy learning about them on our scent hunt. We believe this will create a lot of interest and fun for us and for your special family members too. A little info about my place, I have safe space to unload and load the doggos. Important to close the gate as you enter and exit the property. Everywhere is fenced. It is 2 acres total, the area that you will be playing in is a very nice long field with a small pool which gets changed between guests, and a larger one that My human adds water to between guests. it looks dirty, however, it is from the sand box and dirt hills that my human made for the dogs to play in. It is too large for her to clean after each guest. There is a water hose with a shower head that you can use for play and clean up as well. Added attraction, MOLES and we love sniffing after them. Be watchful of holes that my human missed filling between guests, she tries very hard to find them, but Frankie is a digger! This is a place for fun , everything is not perfect , but the yard is a lot of fun for Frankie and also for me! We love to explore and sometimes we see deer here and other wild animals! UPDATE: All fences are secure. IF for some reason your dog slips out the farm gate entrance to the sniff spot, the entire property is fenced, and your dog will not get out. There is a shade canopy which will protect from the rain and some chairs to relax in. You may encounter holes because dogs love to dig in the soft turf and the hill of dirt, please let me know if you find some that my human and I have not gotten filled between visits and she will fix that! With so many trees, there will be branches down. I find that the dogs love to pick through those sticks. I try to keep on top of the really big ones, but if you see any let my human know. PLEASE NOTE: If your ball or other toys go over the fence, they now belong to my neighbor! PLEASE You must not go over the fence to get them!! I have other balls and will be happy for you to use them while here, if they go over, I can deal with him later! Thank you for your consideration of my neighbors.
