El's Fully Fenced Dog Yard 🐕

Fully Fenced
0.11 acres

We love our guests and to show it we’re giving you $8 toward your next visit when you include a photo in your review! Valid one time per guest. We make efforts to provide a safe experience for you and your pups. Please return the favor by having a profile picture! Reservations for mystery people will be cancelled. Dogs must be leashed when entering or exiting (no exceptions). Absolutely no digging or fence fighting. We added more lighting and easier entry instructions to make first time visits a breeze even at night. With that said, if you are a new guest please read instructions BEFORE you arrive. If you go to the wrong house you will not be allowed to come back. We simply cannot continue to host if this happens. Instructions are visible to you once you book. Fully fenced yard with short grass. Includes a fire pit and is very well lit at night. Great for a date night with the pups or hang by the fire with a couple friends. BYO fire wood. If you plan on having a fire, we recommend a 2 hour visit! Use hose to completely extinguish fire before you leave. Note to our guests regarding pricing: the cost per dog per hour will occasionally fluctuate depending on multiple factors like weather, how busy we we are, and the state of the grass. For example, In order to give the grass some time to recover we may increase the price to reduce foot traffic. These fluctuations are necessary to maintain a healthy and clean yard.

Nature in the City Private Dog Park

Fully Fenced
1.5 acres

Welcome to Nature in the City – Your Private Dog Park Escape Looking for more than just a fenced-in field? Nature in the City is a one-of-a-kind private dog park where you and your pup(s) can enjoy the freedom of nature without ever leaving the city. Spread across 1.5 acres of secure, fully fenced natural land, our park offers a true adventure for dogs of all sizes. Explore winding wooded trails, a grassy field perfect for fetch with ropes, discs, or toys, and a serene wetland area where healthy little Chicken Creek flows gently through the center. With water that’s never more than a foot deep, pups can safely splash, sip, and cool off. Here, every visit is more than exercise—it’s a sensory adventure. With endless new scents, sights, and textures, your dog will love the chance to explore, sniff, and roam off-leash in a safe environment. It’s also the perfect setting to practice recall while letting your pup enjoy the freedom of open space. ✨ Why guests love us: • A true “nature park” experience, right in the city. • Fully fenced and secure—even for small dogs. • A mix of landscapes: open field, forest, creek, wetland, and trails. • Three charming bridges spanning the creek. • Private bookings mean no surprise dog encounters. •. Amenities for dogs AND their humans! If you and your dog crave more than a standard dog park, Nature in the City is the perfect escape for adventure, relaxation, and play! ⚠️ A quick note: Some trails have gentle slopes or steeper spots, so guests with limited mobility may prefer our flatter areas. And while our field is great for fetch with toys or discs, IT’S NOT DESIGNED FOR BALL THROWING due to the surrounding natural brush. We’re always making improvements at Nature in the City, so you may notice new touches each time you visit! Amenities include: • Covered rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs (extra chairs available on request) • Supplies for your convenience: dog toys, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, sunscreen, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit & even a cornhole game • Complimentary snacks & beverages for both pups AND their humans. • Outdoor seating: 2 zero-gravity recliners, a kid-sized picnic table, a round table with umbrella & 4 chairs, and a couple park benches placed throughout the park. • Fresh drinking water for your dogs • Mix of sunny open spaces and shady spots under mature trees Safety & Security: • Fully fenced with 5–6 ft fencing, carefully inspected and maintained • Private and secure environment for worry-free off-leash play Extra Features: • Night lighting: As of Sept. 2025, we’ve added additional flood lights that softly illuminate the entryway, main field, main trail, and supply shelter for about 4 hours after dark. Perfect for evening visits! For deeper trail exploring after dark, we recommend collar lights for your pups and a headlamp or flashlight for you. • Seasonal Note (March–September): Baby bunnies may be nesting on the property. They’re usually well-hidden, but if your pup uncovers a nest, please cover it back up. If you see a baby wander out, gently place it back and redirect your dog. The bunnies have no scent, which helps protect them from predators, so dogs usually don’t notice them unless they spot movement. • 🌧️ Weather Reminder: Areas get muddy in rainy weather. We’ve added wood chips in many spots to help, but we recommend hiking boots 🥾 and dressing accordingly so you and your pup can fully enjoy your adventure. **Fosters and Shelter Dogs visit for free! - If you have a foster dog or are taking a shelter dog out for an adventure please let us know! 🩵 We can’t wait to welcome you and your pups for a safe, fun, and relaxing nature escape! 🐾

Private Fully Fenced Yard (~0.17acres) for dogs— Great for reactive dogs

Fully Fenced
0.15 acres

Private fully fenced ~0.17-acre backyard in SW Portland with plenty of open grassy space for dogs to run, sniff, and explore. This spot works especially well for reactive dogs, shy dogs, or high-energy pups that need room to move without encountering other dogs. Your dog will not encounter other dogs during your visit. My dog Bo (80-lb Border Collie mix, 8 years old) can stay inside, or if your dog enjoys socializing he’s happy to join for supervised play. The yard is mostly enclosed with 6-ft wood privacy fencing and secure gates, with a small section of wire fence facing the street where dogs may occasionally see passing activity. Two side gates provide easy entry into the backyard. The space is intentionally simple and sniff-friendly with grass and minimal landscaping so dogs can run, roll, and explore naturally. A separate fenced garden area keeps dogs out of the vegetable beds. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. A nearby backyard sometimes has ducks or chickens, which you may hear occasionally, but most neighboring yards are not visible due to the fencing. Amenities • Hose with warm water hookup • Covered wooden swing seating (shade in summer, dry spot in rain) • Large open grassy play area Good to know • Grass is mowed about every two weeks during summer • Bring your own waste bags and chairs if you’d like additional seating • Plum trees occasionally drop fruit in early summer (I do my best to keep it cleaned up) • Optional dog bath with hose available for a small water fee Great for • Reactive dogs • Solo dog exercise • Recall training • Sniff sessions and enrichment • High-energy dogs needing space to run A relaxed, private place where dogs can just be dogs.

Easley Acres Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Vancouver

Fully Fenced
2 acres

We live on 5 acres about 1 mile from Camp Bonneville. The 2 acre pasture has a fenced seasonal pond in the middle, flat and open with lots of room for zoomies, frisbee, fetch, or just lounging and enjoying the birds and trees. Pasture is fenced with 4 foot field fence with electric wire at the top (not charged), and separate from the house. Front fence borders on 68th St. Plenty of room to run and explore! Let's keep the pasture nice, please discourage digging and pick up after dog. My Border Collie and Mini Aussie will find your leavings (it's a large space, I understand things get missed, it helps to carry poo bags to minimize backtracking). For human exercise... 6 laps around perimeter fence is approx. 1 mile, 6 laps around pond fence is approx. 1/4 mile.

Ridgefield Red Barn Run

Fully Fenced
2.5 acres

Welcome to Red Barn Run located in Ridgefield, Washington. This space is a mile off of I-5. Enjoy a peaceful country setting and let your pampered pets get all their wiggles out as they run, run, run! *Please note the back half of the property is fenced off due to wet ground conditions. It will be reopened in the spring. 12/5/25: 🐾🐾 Got mud? We sure do! Heads up that Red Barn Run is quickly turning into a large mud puddle, even with the back half closed for the season. We've heard from many guests that still love to give their pups this experience, dogs love mud! There are also guests who are not so fond of the muddy pup clean up afterward. If you choose to visit, please be prepared and consider rain gear including rainboots for all guests and towels for muddy pup clean up. 1/9/26: 🦅 The eagles are back! There are a pair of beautiful bald eagles that are often in the trees on or near the park. For this reason, dogs under 15 pounds should always have a spike vest on for their safety when at Red Barn Run. Eagles have the ability to pick up and fly off with dogs as big as 15 lbs. Thank you! 🐾🐾

There are various plants and some amazing (HELP YOURSELF) blackberries July-August. Please never bring any unvaccinated dog to our SS. (We regularly rescue abandoned puppies which are available for adoption.) Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes, as we seem to find them after guests have been busy on their cellphones. Extra waste bags are available in the old milk box next to the porch steps. FEEL FREE to: -use any toys you find in the SS! -fill/empty kiddie pool to your liking -throw away damaged balls -contact us with suggestions or feedback Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected 1- PLEASE USE SPIGOT TO RIGHT OF GATE NEXT TO HOSE BOX. IF not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle or a line may not be open. It should always be open in summer months. Please the area east of the driveway and behind the house and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog on arrival, for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. We appreciate your business and love your dogs, just encourage them to avoid the home, porch areas and flower/fruit gardens please. Leave any hose running if found that way in summer months. Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. This is a rare but possible occurrence. We are mindful of your space, and we are careful to ensure the gate is kept closed. Thank you for visiting our Sniffspot! If you are interested in adopting a foster dog, arranging a play date with other dogs (mine) or becoming a foster yourself, please send me a message! Welcome to Happy Haven Dog Park, where tails wag and hearts bark with joy! Nestled amidst lush greenery, our park offers a pupper paradise for your furry friends to run and play. With an acre of open space and play area, your canine companions can run free and unleash their inner joy. Piper's Paradise- 3 acre Private Dog Park In Warren, Or

Fully Fenced
2.5 acres

FYI 50 ft x 100 ft fully fenced. Remaining acreage is unfenced. We now have a July 4th backdrop with a variety of items to try on your dog, for that perfect seasonal photo! Below are instructions of where to park and how to get to the variety of play areas. We enjoy our peaceful, scenic, 3 acres with our Doberman Piper. We are 35 minutes from Fremont Bridge, in Hwy 30. I participate in dog sports and enjoy taking Piper with me as much as able. I thought others may enjoy our property with their dog as much as we do with ours. As you pull off Columbia River Hwy (hwy 30) towards the Warren Country Inn restaurant (56575 Columbia river hwy, warren, Or 97053) stay left towards the guard rail. You will see a dead-end road sign with a Sniffspot sign underneath it. This is our driveway. Follow and stay left up the hill past the barn & past the goats. Our property has the 2-story gold house on it. You will see on your left a green sign with our address 56441. You will park on your right, by the Sniffspot parking sign. This unfenced, large, mowed field to the right is yours to enjoy and is only part of the 3 acres you get to play in. Straight ahead, towards the 2-car garage, there is a picnic table under the trees. Feel free to use this. Dogs love to jump on it. Look to the far right and you will see a 6-foot chain link fence. Walk across the field and the entrance is to your left. Just follow the chain link fence to left for the gate. Inside of this area is a fully fenced, 5 to 6 feet tall area to train or play. This area is about 100 ft by 50 ft wide. Inside of the chain link area is an agility jump, large container of chuck its, tugs, other toys and orange cones for dog training. There is also a water bowl with water that will be cleaned between guests. When it is hot out, I will have a kiddie pool with water so your dogs can cool down. There are 2 chairs to sit in when in the fenced area. Feel free to bring whatever you would like to play with to the big grass field area to enjoy. We would appreciate it if you can put it back inside the fenced area when you are finished with the items. If you continue to the left of the chain link entrance, you will see several steps down to the seasonal stream. It’s either a pond or a stream, depending on if the beavers damn it or the damn breaks. Feel free to let your dog explore this area. The mud is soft. During the summer, its more on the dry side. From the steam continue to the left and follow the stream. When you get to the tall trees straight ahead there will be a box of poop bags, next to the seasonal stream. Our neighbor’s property is behind these bags on the right in the green house. So go left up the hill towards the orchard. Feel free to pick a couple apples during the fall. This will get you to the front, by the picnic table and you will be able to see your car from the top of the orchard. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on site, however as you will see the Warren Country inn is right by our home. You can go there during business hours to use their bathroom. Or grab something to go to eat on our picnic table. We have an added attraction of moles. My Dobie loves trying to find them. Beware of holes that we may have missed filling in between guests. We do have a variety of unknown mushrooms growing during autumn and some other wet months. If the ball or toy goes over the fence to our neighbor’s yard, just leave it there. Don’t go and get it. We will get later. Please pick up after yourself and your dog. No smoking or vaping please. No drugs or alcohol. Please no glass

15 Acres Mostly Fenced Open Field In La Center

Partially Fenced
15 acres

This 15+ acres of hay field is mostly fenced, with an opening at the top. If you choose, there is a path along the outside that leads to a creek(unfenced) to the right at the field. There are dogs at the front of the property, which are fenced in. There is possibility of hearing barking from them or neighbors. I teach dog training at the red barn, you may come to parking lot of cars. Dogs will always be leashed and under control and typically away from the parking lot. The students are instructed to leave you alone. Off road parking, I will give clear directions before arrival. Come roam around a huge open space! Bring a ball or just have a sniff party! *Electric Fence surrounds the horse pasture - which you must pass to get to the sniff spot* Please keep to the designated sniff spot area, the top field and barn area is NOT open to the public. 55A hidden gem for dog owners seeking a clean and fun outdoor space to let their pups roam and play. The property boasts ample room for dogs to explore, complete with the delightful company of chickens and ducks adding to the charming ambiance. While the area isn’t fully fenced in, there’s still plenty of space for pups to romp around safely. Just be sure to bring your rain or mud boots, as the terrain can get a bit messy after rainfall. Overall, this Sniffspot offers a refreshing escape for both dogs and their owners.

55We had a blast here! My two high energy bird dogs loved running and sniffing all through the field. I forgot my chuck-it this time but will definitely remember it next time as they would have loved a game of fetch here! Both dogs have great recall so didn’t have an issue keeping them away from the house or the one open area near the parking spot, but keep in mind if your dog doesn’t have super reliable recall or is an escape artist. I recommend rain boots in the wet months!

55Absolutely lovely spot for your dog to run around. Garbage bin is available and a bowl for water, BYOW(bring your own water). Though not fully fenced it is on a dead end road with zero traffic. There were some chickens at the house across from parking but as long as your dog is leashed like they're supposed to be it shouldn't be an issue. Grass was mowed when we came in October wasn't muddy at all.

55Only 30 minutes outside of Portland. Great place to bring a chair, book and let your dogs run around while you play fetch. The grass was a little taller than average in some spots, which gave lots of sniff / exploration opportunities -- best to wear closed shoes and tall socks. I'd recommend bright colored balls because they're hard to see and it's a lot of ground to cover if you don't notice where it landed! No traffic near the unfenced portion, but there were a couple cats when we came in. They didn't get too close but watched from a distance on top of a car. You can hear some farm animals which was perfect if you're looking to desensitize your dogs to different sounds.

55Wide open space, great for a short roam and/or fetch with a dog or two. Where there is no fencing, running dogs might end up doing a lap or two into the property owner’s yard and/or across the inactive, gravel cul de sac, which is unwanted. But as long as your dog is well-behaved and has decent recall, no neighbors seemed bothered by it. We saw a couple well-behaved horses on the neighboring property, too! Overall for me personally, this space was a little small for my small pack, but all 6 of us ended up enjoying ourselves anyhow.

55A wonderful Sniffspot! The space is huge and well maintained. There were two chairs for us to sit and relax along with some toys. Alfred and Annie had a wonderful time. Despite it not being fully fenced, it is so large that it was easy to have more than enough space and comfort that the doggos would be safe. It is a beautiful quiet area too. We enjoyed it just as much as the dogs did! We will be back!

Frequently asked questions about Scappoose dog parks

What amenities do private dog parks in Scappoose offer that public parks don't?

Scappoose private dog parks offer amenities you'll never find at public facilities: swimming pools for water-loving dogs, agility equipment for training, climate-controlled indoor spaces for year-round use, hiking trails on private property, and secure fencing customized for different dog sizes. Hosts provide poop bags, water stations, toys, and even dog wash stations. City Haven Private Dog Park In Portland is especially known for exceptional amenities. Every Scappoose listing shows exactly what's included—no surprises.

Are there fully fenced private dog parks in Scappoose?

Yes! Most of Scappoose's 355 Sniffspot locations are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed fencing specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, or reactive dogs who need contained space. Scappoose listings show fencing photos so you can verify security before booking.

How clean are private dog parks in Scappoose compared to public ones?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Scappoose are maintained by overworked city staff and often littered with waste from dozens of dogs daily. Sniffspot hosts in Scappoose maintain their own spaces and take pride in cleanliness since it directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Scappoose hosts provide fresh poop bags, empty trash regularly, and sanitize water stations. Plus, with only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal. Check reviews to see cleanliness ratings.

What types of dog parks can I find in Scappoose?

Scappoose has 355 diverse options: fully fenced dog parks for specific training activities, small dog parks for different environments, and dog fields for varied experiences. Want a backyard for simple off-leash time? We've got it. Need acres of trails for hiking? Check. Looking for water access or agility obstacles? Available. Browse by park type to see what matches your dog's interests, then filter by location within Scappoose to find convenient options.

Can I book Scappoose dog parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Scappoose Sniffspot locations offer same-day or next-day availability, and most bookings can be made instantly without waiting for host approval. Unlike public dog parks that might be crowded during peak times, Scappoose private parks let you reserve exactly when you need them—early morning before work, midday breaks, or evening exercise. Check individual listings for real-time availability and booking policies.

Do Scappoose dog parks have water access?

Many do! Filter Scappoose's 355 locations by amenities to find dog parks with swimming pools, natural ponds, creeks, or beach access.
