If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

Eastman's Goat Pen- after 5pm Fully Fenced

After the goats go to sleep by 5pm, their fenced sanctuary (abutting a horse dry lot, cows on the hill and Cluckingham Palace chickens inside a fence) is available for dogs who need their own space, love farm smells, with owners who pick up after them and won’t panic if there are goat droppings (look like black beans) 🫘. Our goats are tested for parasites as we are an educational farm and we keep the space tidy, mowed, and beautiful for candid photos on our rock! (Please no professional photograph sessions without owner approval) The only space that is open for Sniffspot is the goat pen after 5pm during the warm months (no snow or ice) from 5pm to 8pm while well lit by the sun.

The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

Welcome to our yard: our dog’s favorite place! Fully fenced in from house to property line property line; also “double-fenced” where the woods begin to keep dogs on the grass. Property is protected from ticks and mosquitos with regular (pet safe) spray treatments. Please park along the street and walk up the driveway to the white fence, reach over to unlatch the gate and step in onto the patio. Your dog may play anywhere in the yard or on the patio. Please do not go behind the chicken wire fencing or sheds. You are welcome to use any of our tennis balls, “chuck-its” and dog toys while using the yard; we leave them on the patio table. Feel free to take a seat under the umbrella for some shade. If the little doggie “kiddie” pool is set up, you may use it, but absolutely NO people OR dogs allowed in the above-ground pool. We also ask that you please stay off the deck. You may dispose of any poop bags in the tin milk can under the deck. Please close the gate behind you when you leave. About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water. Please note we are are a working woodshop so you may hear, and occasionally see people, on your walk to the backyard.
