My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

I donate 100% of all proceeds to a 501c nonprofit animal rescue/organization. I open on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. You can message me and request a day other than the days I am open and if I can accommodate I will. There is NO diving into the pool, entry and exit are via the steps in the shallow end only. NO SMOKING allowed on my property, I have a one strike policy.

Large fully fenced back yard with pool open in late spring and summer for dogs. Private setting with beautiful woods views. If you plan to use the pool please add it to your reservation by selecting it under extras. We also have fresh eggs for sale from our backyard chickens. $4 a dozen. Let me know if you’re interested and they can be left in a cooler for pick up during your visit.

All unfenced, peninsula provides natural barrier, very private Gravel road, bring sturdy shoes for walk down and back, needs to be graded after recent rain Recommend SUV or truck if driving down the hill! There are dogs on property due to my dog exercise business but they will be secured during your visit. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway in the winter. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends and most weekdays too. Welcome to Canine Connection! We are a fully indoor space to rent. We provide approx. 4000 sq. ft. play area with toys and complimentary coffee/water and tea for guests. Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. It’s fully secure and suitable for both large and small dogs. Your pup will love exploring the variety of scents left behind by local wildlife—birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and the occasional raccoon or fox make for an exciting visit!
