**The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! The Long and Short of it Park

We have a large backyard that is fully fenced. Most of the fence is six foot or taller privacy fence, with four foot fencing along the driveway. There is plenty of space for dogs to run and play plus shade and outdoor seating if you want to take a break. There is water outside too. Please pick up after your dogs and just drop any waste in the small trash can by the back of the garage. There is space under the storage shed where smaller dogs can go underneath. It’s fine there’s nothing under there but some leaves and such and we will close that area off soon. Come enjoy the backyard! We are sure our dogs look forward to all the new smells from visitors too!

Silent H Acres In Morganton

Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED.
