The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Whichampton Equestrian goes to the Dogs! Fully enclosed arena sniffspot

*Same Spot. New Owners* Hot day, rainy day, cold day, snowy day - pop over over a fully enclosed romp in our private 80' x 180' indoor (riding) arena. Visitors are welcome to use the equine obstacles available in the indoor or bring your own. High windows in the building prevent visitors from seeing the other animals. Horses and donkeys are kept on site but not in the area of the spot. Openings starting at 30 minutes and up to full day rentals. Happy to chat about weekly club, daycare or spots. Please no digging in the arena footing. Please leave everything as you found it. Guests must sign a waiver on their first visit. The building is equipped with security cameras inside and out.
