Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) after work and weekends tend to have more shooting noise during hunting seasons. * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours

We do live on an active farm so especially during planting and harvesting seasons, there may be farm equipment moving up and down the farm lane. You will also very likely hear our dogs from inside the house; they're just jealous they aren't out there with you.

A really lovely spot to spend some quality time, the yard is wide open and totally private (no chance at all of seeing other dogs or people). Chilli loved trying out the different toys and snacks that were provided and it was a perfect (not too distracting) place to practice recalls! Thank you!!

This place is perfect and checked all the boxes of what we were looking for! Easy to find with convenient access. Great big yard that is super clean and kept up. It felt very safe and contained. I would highly recommend Victoria’s Sniffspot!! The backyard is HUGE, with a tall privacy fence, and lots of room to romp! Victoria provided toys, treats, water, towels, poop bags, a first aid kit, and even snacks for the humans! My dogs had the best time!
