Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have a dog in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno is super friendly. He will not be roaming in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Most guests just use the back yard, so it’s not an issue. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, there is one on the left side of the main house, And there is also a water spigot on the right side of the back house. When you arrive the first time, simply text me through the app and I'll let you in the front gate and show you around if I can. You can park in front if the garage. My yard is long and pretty big. Great for fetch. I have a kiddie pool and sprinkler for use. My back fence is chain link and on occasion there is a medium size dog that comes up to it. He’s super friendly. There are 2 small dogs that sometimes come out adjacent to us and they do bark. My yard currently is perfect for small to medium dogs or older dogs. Due the the back fence being about 3.5 feet high some larger dogs could try to jump it. My patio has a dining table, a cozy sofa with tables and a hammock swing. My yard has a hammock a child’s swing a play area and a gas fire pit with an outdoor tv. There is also ambient string lighting at night.

This spot is for getting a walk or run with your pup. Plenty of trail for your pup to run, walk and explore. They’ll have fun chasing a rabbit now and then. Very peaceful, quiet and private. One side is barbed wire, occasionally see horses on that side. If you can whistle loud they may come to see you hoping for a treat. They love carrots! Off street parking. It is not completely fenced. Shrubbery is very thick along parts of the fence line. Suitable for all breeds and sizes of dogs who like to run and explore.
