This small space is perfect to let your dog run , play, or relax in the sun or shade without the worry of escaping. The .25 acre lot is fully fenced, 4 foot on the lowest side and 6 foot on the highest side. This yard space is the backyard of a house, so be mindful that this is other doggies home as well as your play area! There are other dogs & cats in the neighborhood that roam, so be watch for them as you load and unload your dogs for their playtime. There is a gate on both sides of the house, one accessible from the driveway and the other is on the far left side of the house. For parking, if there is room you can park in the driveway, otherwise you can park on the road in front of the house. 😊

Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Just a short drive away from downtown Mooresville, here is a dedicated fenced in spot of land to let your dog or dogs come get some energy out. Throughout the day, the trees around the area do provide some shade within the fence. Your pups are free to dig, I just ask that the holes created be filled back in before you leave. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! We offer over 1 acre of fully fenced play yard and 10+ acres of UNFENCED trails, pond and woods. Enjoy a picnic on the bank of the pond or bring your fishing pole and catch a fish! Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!

Welcome! Right now its VERY basic. We are looking add on more fun attractions. The booking includes a .25 acre of a fully fenced in area. This area provides ample space to play or just hang out with your dog. We are about 15 minutes outside of down town Winston-Salem. Just far enough away to feel like you are out in the country. Of course, we are bias, but the area is very peaceful. In sharing our land we hope to provide folks with a safe place that you can enjoy watching your dog explore and play. Amenties: - Dog toys / tennis balls, herding ball, and tug toys - Agility obstacles / a small set of cones and poles to jump over - Chairs / 3 lawn chairs - First aid kit / one for humans and one for dogs - Bug Spray - Hand Towels/ to dry off (no worries if they get muddy) - Wet wipes / to clean your dogs muddy paws - Poop Bags Please Note: When using the water hydrant, we are on a well! Because of being on a well we would appreciate you double checking to make sure the water is off before you depart :) We have changed the sniff spot listing slightly.
