This half an acre property is gently sloping to 140 feet of Lake LBJ waterfront. It is fully fenced except for the waterfront portion. Dogs love sniffing all of the nooks and crannies, they enjoy zooming around the giant yard and then (some) will cool off in the water. There is a ramp at the water so pups can go in as much or as little as they want. It’s a great way to introduce water play to your dog. Water-loving dogs will have a blast swimming and fetching in this quiet cove with it’s No Wake Zone.

We bought our home 2 years ago and were very excited for our pup to use the yard. As it turns out, he prefers the AC life indoors. We invite you and your dog to enjoy the benefits of our backyard. Our backyard has frequent squirrel visitors and our cat likes to explore (will not be outside when your dog is there) so there is plenty of good sniffs to enjoy. Please come in through the left side of the fence if you are facing the home.

We have a safe place for pups to play and explore. We have beautiful visitors (deer) who roam by to say hi.

Come see a nice patch of country in the city. Depending on the time of year, it could be bare with mostly dirt ground and patches of grass) or filled with tall grass and flowers. Towards the late afternoon/early evening you'll usually see deer roaming around. We have backyard chickens that will remain fenced IF we know you are coming early enough to either chase them back into the fence or just not let them out. (Otherwise please ensure your dogs won't kill them if they are loose- again we'll make every effort to contain them if we have enough lead time prior to the booking). If you can pick up your own dogs poop, that's great. But the area is huge so we are not concerned if you miss some piles. It's just bound to happen. The back fence has two large openings apprx 2 feet across each. We are a group play dog boarding & day care with several fenced off play areas. We also have an indoor playroom with air conditioning and plenty of dog beds and toys. We always stay stocked with tons of tasty dog treats and snacks. We must see proof of rabies vaccine to enter the property. A liability form must be signed for dogs to play in the back areas. Our fenced in front yard is perfect for guests just looking to mingle in their own space. Please note that dogs of certain breeds and weight will be restricted to certain areas.
