Come use our backyard!! I spent the last few years in the city and it was SO difficult to find a large safe space for my pup to play. Now that we have that luxury in our own backyard, I want to offer the same to others! Our yard is large and wraps around both sides of the house. It is fully fenced in with no holes, and it's a tall privacy fence to ensure you wont be bothered. My own dog is very friendly and will not disturb you, but if you would like him to come outside for healthy socialization that is certainly an option! In the warmer months, we have a kiddie pool and hose available for use. Please feel free to use any of the furniture out there. Water bowls are available by the hose spicket.

This space is highly maintained and the lawn will always be cut, there is plenty of space for you and your pups to run free and feel themselves. If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. This spot is in memory of Ruby and her way of helping other dogs like her. Rocky (Ruby’s brother) and Ruby were the inspiration behind what we’d like to offer your dog. Thanks for checking us out 🐾🐾

Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne Hotel has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! Our yard features a large open grassy area to play ball or frisbee, a meadow/English garden type area, and overgrowth of plants and trees on the sides of the yard that provide a fun terrain for your dogs to explore and sniff! The dogs are welcome to roam wherever they’d like! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water and to cool down. We also provide some balls, bags and a pooper scooper for you to use if needed. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard, and a white picket fence reinforced with wire. We mow regularly, and often have flowers and trees in bloom! There is a picnic table and lawn chairs for humans to enjoy, and the pups too, if they’d like! There is always ample, safe, street parking directly next to the entrance gate, which is on the side of the house. If you prefer driveway parking, let me know and we can make room for you, but the best parking spot is right outside the gate! Please do be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as we don’t want any escapes! Feel free to use the hose for fresh water or to cool off! I love dogs, and have been providing pet care for 3 decades. We have a great fully fenced in yard space that just recently had beautiful artificial grass installed. No need to worry about muddy paws, ever! The fencing is tall (vinyl) with no spaces or gaps. There's shady spots, chairs, tables and umbrellas for people to enjoy while your dog(s) runs and plays. There are plenty of toys and balls, plus a kiddie pool, sprinkler, hose, bowls, pooper scooper, trash cans, and a great dog house. Great space to host a doggie birthday party. Good alternative to a local dog park. If you don't have a fenced in space, and your dog doesn't do well off leash... this is a good yard space for you. A solution for those dogs who don't do well on the leash and/or pet parents with mobility issues. Available early mornings, and some weekends and week nights. Schedule availability will be posted on a week to week basis.

My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

September 28th- the pool is being taken down for the season today. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.
