2 acres

Trails too far? Don't have enough time to walk your pup(s)? Can't really walk your pup(s) or rather relax while they explore? Come, visit us, you might like us enough to return and/or tell your friends about. Plenty of room to have zoomies, make a mad dash, run or simply walk and look for wild vegetation, hear some birds or even spot a buck or two. Come, relax, take off your load and leave refreshed. Please, no-smoking or open fires, being a wooded area; this is for everyone's safety. Once here, ask for wifi pass if needed, close the gates behind you for your safety and the pups' security. Please, notice the sunflower flag on the right of the second pink wooden gate, if it is not present then you are one gate up, and please keep driving down the road for about another 100ft. Also note this area is a natural spot and since we don't use any chemicals expect to see insect (ants, spiders, etc. ) activity. Lastly, please check our extras for some more exciting activities. Note we now have Doggy Birthday Party Extra Packages added, as well as Own Natural Insect Spray. Come visit us. Thank you.

Steven's 20 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Acworth

Unfenced
20 acres

The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.

Frequently asked questions about Taylorsville dog parks

Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Taylorsville?

Yes, private dog parks in Taylorsville eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 801 private locations in Taylorsville, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. Kennesaw 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Forest Ravine and other highly-rated Taylorsville locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.

Are Sniffspot dog parks in Taylorsville safe for all dog types?

Absolutely! Taylorsville Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Taylorsville has 801 options to match their temperament.

When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Taylorsville?

Puppies can visit Taylorsville Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Taylorsville helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Taylorsville trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.

How do I find private dog parks near me in Taylorsville?

Browse Taylorsville's 801 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like fully fenced dog parks or small dog parks. Each Taylorsville listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Kennesaw 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Forest Ravine is particularly popular among Taylorsville dog owners.

Are Taylorsville dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Taylorsville Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Taylorsville private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Taylorsville dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.

What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Taylorsville?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Taylorsville mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 801 Taylorsville locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like fully fenced dog parks, small dog parks, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Do Taylorsville dog parks allow senior dogs?

Yes! Taylorsville Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Taylorsville spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.

Can I rent a private dog park in Taylorsville by the hour?

Yes! All 801 Sniffspot locations in Taylorsville are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Taylorsville dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
