Our yard includes sun protection, camping chairs for dog parents, water bowls for dogs, and tons of things to sniff! Your dogs can enjoy exploring our fully fenced in yard and sniffing around our large tree, shed, and car port (no car parked there). We live in a great neighborhood so there's traffic across the street but you won't have disruptions from neighbors in this spot. The photos show the yard throughout different seasons!

We bought this house mostly for our dogs because I mean, look at that yard! Our boys love it and now we'd love to share it with you. Our home is tucked right off Fort Ave in a very quiet neighborhood. When you come over, you'll park right in front of the gate to enter into the backyard. The gate will be propped open for you and you'll need to pull it shut when you leave. When you come, our dogs will be in our basement with no access to seeing the backyard, as to not to trigger ours or yours, but you may be able to hear some barking occasionally. Further, we have lots of squirrels in our yard and the occasional cat that hangs out in our driveway. There are two chairs outside, a hammock, kids toys, and dog toys. There will always be access to water for your pup and we'll provide bags and treats. We will be around, but will not interfere with your visit - we know some pups just need their space and privacy and we will honor that. Please let us know if you have any questions!

The yard gets lots of shade in the afternoon, and there is a pergola shade canopy and hammock available seasonally. We work from home and are onsite most of the time if you need anything. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. The days where the fence is open is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm in winter, and Summer from 8:00 am to 7::00 pm. Saturday it is open from 9 to 1:00 pm The dog needs to be vaccinated and healthy. I require a copy also of that. I have a German Shepard dog 65 pounds and sometimes they can play together if the get alone and if the guest wanted. Sometimes could be another dogs to play with. The guest dog needs to be trained. The human guest will have chairs and water and some warn blankets for winter. Owner needs to pick up the waist of their dogs and throwing in the trash cans that I provide. Water is available for dogs.
