Welcome to our spot, the perfect place for your friend to enjoy some off-leash time in a safe and controlled environment. We understand that some dogs may be reactive or require a bit more space, and we are happy to accommodate their needs. Our location offers plenty of room for your dog to explore and play without the worry of unexpected encounters being in the yard. Our immediate neighbors on the southern property line now have dogs, and you may occasionally see or hear them during your visit but seems to be a rare instance that they come to the fence line. A kiddie pool is available in the summer, but I will need to be notified in advance on whether or not you would like it filled. Two humans per dog are allowed unless arrangements are made with me in advance. Please note that the yard may be wet or muddy after rain or snow. Additionally, mole holes might be present in some areas (providing extra sniffing opportunities!) 😜 Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Lush, fully fenced backyard in quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. .5 acre space - plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while you sit and enjoy the area. Located right off 96th and Ditch, convenient for travelers on I-465, Highway 31, or Michigan Rd. We have no dogs, but do have small children and a cat. This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans.
