We offer 20 acres of woods with some trails for your dogs enjoyment. Please keep your dog on leash until in the dedicated Sniffspot area. Parking for the woods with trails is available along the boulevard at the entrance to the trail. You have to drive past our driveway to get to the entrance. Please do not touch or approach the horses. Water is available outside at the front of the training arena. Come play with us!

No neighbours to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive. Trails cut around the perimeter and through the forest to get to the pond. And right now, enjoy picking wild mulberries and raspberries while they are in season as your dog explores. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent.

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Conveniently located between London and Woodstock, near Ingersoll and Thamesford, this indoor arena is the perfect place to let your dogs romp! The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

Our very friendly resident furbaby Finn loves to share his property with new furiends (if ok with their human) and is always happy to join in. Fully fenced large yard with double gate for an extra secure space. Kiddie pool that will be cleaned and filled with fresh water prior to your visit. Plenty of shade and room to run. Does your dog love to dig? Ours too! There are some pre-made holes made by Aspen so your dog can dig in the mud and if you'd like there is a hose to wash muddy feet or in the doggy pool if they like. Water dishes will be filled and limited ingredient treats will be available at your request (please advise of allergies)

We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees won't be out until April but please avoid the hives anyway. I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I volunteer and support a number of dog rescues and all proceeds from my Sniffspot are donated back to them!

I ran a dog walking business for 6 years in London and noticed the dog parks were getting very busy and not always an ideal spot to bring your pooch to exercise during busy times. I’m happy to open up my yard for you and your dog to have a more private experience. My own dogs will be inside during your visits although you may hear them bark when you arrive. I’m always happy to receive any feedback good or bad so I can improve my yard for your next visit. Don’t hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions or need anything. - Please do not allow your dog to urinate on our patio furniture or home. - The deck/turf area is not for use. - Please pick up after your pet. - Be sure to lock the gate with the carabiner clip when using the yard to ensure nobody accidentally opens it or the wind doesn’t blow it open. Our back yard is lots of fun for both dogs and humans! We have lots of shade and sun, a doggy bed, dog toys and treats, and lounge chairs for humans. If you have kids, they’re welcome too. Our two little girls love to meet new dogs, but also can stay inside if your dog is shy. Pepper, our Italian Greyhound is super fun and social, and she’s happy to come say hi or stay inside. We have drinks, a washroom, parking, and anything else you need for a comfy play date. Even a plastic pool if your doggy likes to splash!
