This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

We have 4 acres fenced in with hills and a very small pond. We have a large deck to sit on while the dogs run. There is a lake across from us that we have access to if your dog is dog friendly. Our yard is mowed with short grass. We own 3 dogs that are available to play with or can we kept inside for reactive dogs. This is our Shanghai La. :)

The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Grab yourself an Atticus Market or Elena’s treat and have a peaceful picnic with your pup in our yard! It’s fully fenced, chain link & easy to open and close. Chase a ball or lay on the lawn in the shade! Your humans can enjoy our tables & cushions, too. We have trashcans for any presents you bestow upon the yard. :)

Pool is not available to people, just the pups. Pool toys, sand toys, stuffed toys, we have it. We get a lot of request from people who have dogs they don’t get along with other dogs. We can accommodate that. But also, we get requests from people who want their dogs to have another dog to play with. We can accommodate that. I have a group of dogs and foster pups that are well adjusted and ready to play.

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. No bells and whistles unfortunately, but if you need a grass fenced yard to run with your baby and maybe play ball then here you go! Quiet neighborhood with a fence that my dogs have never gotten past, so hopefully yours wont either!
