Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

Fresh water is put out daily (as long as I'm in town). FREE doggie swimming pool Mondays through the Fridays in the summer months.

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, nestled next to Oakside Community Park, provides a serene and private haven for your furry friends to explore, sniff, and play. We respect our guests' privacy, so if we're home, we'll stay inside and out of your way. When we're around, we'll ensure fresh water is ready for your pup! We also provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. We do our best to keep the pastures clean for each guest, and we appreciate your help in maintaining this by cleaning up after your pets. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please feel free to share any suggestions or ideas you may have.

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

**We are mastiff lovers but accept dogs of all colors/shapes/sizes. 😃 ** Beautiful, fully fenced, 1 acre open area that includes a small patch of woods. This spot is perfect for enjoying some private play time and relaxation with your dog. Part of the yard is enclosed by 6 foot privacy fence and the rest is 4 foot split rail with wire backing. **SMALL/TOY BREEDS are welcomed but will need to be WATCHED CLOSELY.** The small patch of woods provides a great place for your dog to explore and sniff away. The yard is large enough to provide an open sunny area and a more private area shaded by tall trees. We are just getting started and are working on a seating area, dog pool and dog toys. There are several security cameras on site. There is also access to both cold and hot water (in the fall/winter) in case your dog needs a quick rinse. For nighttime visits, the first half of the yard is lit, but the very back of the backyard does not currently have lighting. If you would like to be a member, please send me a message. When booking, please note that: **While we accept SniffPass users, SniffPass is not mandatory. We do not require you to have SniffPass so make sure to double check your selections prior to completing your reservation.** **MEMBERS only require 1 hour notice, and can book up to 30 days out.** *Non-Members require at least 2 hours notice, and can only book up to 14 days out so please check again later if you’re desired date/time are not available yet.*

Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

We can't wait to host you and your pup(s) at our fully fenced, private pup oasis! Come and let your pup run free with no worries of escape! We provide toys, bug spray, and plenty of water for your pup! If it's a hot day- no worries! We have a kiddie pool (by request)and doggie towels so your pup can cool off!
