Only one side has a neighbor. They do not have pets. We do have 2 feral cats on property. They typically hang out in the front, sitting under cars or in the upper landscape area. We request that all food is to be brought in. No delivery services, please. Clean up any and all food and waste. We provide trash cans and recycle cans. We provide fresh water for your pup, poop bags with disposal. Toys, balls, and doggie life vests. No glass, please. Please clean up after your pups. The horses do share the fence line but if you have a reactive or nervous dog we’re more than happy to put them away so your dog can’t see them at all.
