We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

I have A great backyard with grass and DG along with a hill. I have covered seating for the pet parents I also have a fire pit that you could sit around if you wanted to make a little fire while you're watching your doggies. I have a side gate that you can enter through to the backyard.

Welcome to our home ! Where your dog can feel just at home as we do, we are dog lovers and glad to welcome any pet to use our place we just ask to be respectful and treat it as your home, pool is open for use May- September! You are welcome to use durring those months. Pool is open for season 🙂

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $9 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Hi! We have a quarter of an acre yard that is easy access in the middle of Carmichael. I call it hidden Paradise for dogs and fur Parents too. If you want a place that you and your fur baby can enjoy alone time. Take a walk or play this is a Pawfect place for you. We do have a lot of parking space. We provide chairs under the tree. We love doggos here, any shape or size. The home is a corner lot with large fenced backyard. We have a hose, sprinkler, raised dog bed, toys and more available for your use! I do have dogs of my own but they will be tucked away so you can enjoy the yard freely. Dog waste is picked up weekly on Fridays but doggy bags are available as well. The yard is treated every other month with an animal/people friendly pest solution. There is ample street parking but in the event off street parking is needed, we can accommodate two vehicles. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry with some long grass and foxtails along the fences/edges. We mow regualrly but until summer, foxtails are inevitable given the open setting. Please come prepared for these conditions. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Full fenced yard, a little over 1000sq ft. Hose with spray attachment or sprinkler attachment available. Trampoline available for kids. Two chairs, a fire pit and a shade tree as well. Ample dirt parking. Please keep dogs on leash until inside of wooden fenced area with gate latched and leash them before exiting fenced area because we have free range chickens on the outside of the fence. Chickens will not approach you or your dog and will likely not even be visible during your visit but we wouldn’t want them to be chased. You may spot chickens, horses, or cows from afar (neighbors) but rest assured the actual Sniffspot has a solid wood fence that allows for privacy and a visual barrier for your dog to enjoy some peaceful playtime.

We have a beautiful leveled natural grass backyard (5000sft) surrounded by tall trees in the back where your dogs can run stress free and play.
