“I'm a border collie, blue heeler, Australian shepherd mix and I like to bark at everything that makes me excited!“

“Nieve is a giant baby that just wants to be hugged, cuddled, and spooned but loves long walks and hiking. Also, he is a Memphian through and through! He does not like snow over a foot nor does he understand that wild animals like foxes and coyotes are dangerous 🤦🏼♀️! 🤣 He is also bilingual in English and Spanish. But, some days when he wants to be stubborn, he chooses what language he wants to listen to. He is a reactive dog with a general anxiety disorder with an underlying panic disorder. He’s very well trained to the point that people say he is better behaved then their’s except for his bad jumping habit from excitement. However, after he will apologize and hug you leg like a human. It’s adorable rofl 🤣😍 He is very loyal to me and protective of his Grandma who he loves! When we go hiking, he is her aid and assistance dog for areas that are difficult for her maneuver. He is a very good loving loyal boy but just terrified of half the world and a quarter of it, he thinks wants to hurt him. It’s understandable because when I rescued him of the street, people were trying to hit him with their cars and he was in bad shape. He had a crushed paw and half his hair was missing with huge infections and skin blisters as well as scaling scabbing. So that’s why he does not love his feet being touched especially the previously crushed one and I think he had been attacked by other dogs. He does have severe allergies environmental and food but the environmental is mostly controlled by his Apoquel except sometimes fresh fall leaves bother his skin. However, he cannot eat chicken, eggs, fish especially salmon, shellfish, and seafood or he will turn into a red hot tomato. Also, for those exotic treats, I tend to shy away from anything that is too related to chickens like ostrich but he loves Turkey. Now he doesn’t understand that he will get sick from those things so if they are accessible, he will eat it. He does love sweet potatoes, pumpkin, peanut butter (but his uncle is allergic so he can only have it an hour before home), meat, french fries, cheese, hot dogs, pizza, and doggy safe ice cream/ whip cream. He is picky about biscuits but loves anything like jerky to freeze dried meat. He is an absolute carnivore and carb lover. I am so excited to try this app for him!! When we lived in Memphis, he never had a yard that was just his because we rented apartments. Now we live with my parents and he has the back yard and deck but it’s not huge or securely fenced. He has to be on a lead and the way the yard I s angled, he can see every trigger going past his territory so it’s better but not ideal. I know he is going to love being able to go to fun places, room to run, room to play and explore, and just be a regular dog without all the triggers and restrictions! He has never even been to a dog park because it’s too risky. We go hiking every Sunday but sometimes we have to cancel it because everyplace has a crowd or to many dogs or dogs off leash 😢 So the idea of an outdoor doggy paradise, well I think he is gonna be so excited that he will be so tired after he will actually nap in the car for once 😂😂😂 Also, me and his Grandma will be able to just enjoy a Sunday with him without having to constantly be on vigilance! I want to hug the creator of this app!!!“
