Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. We do have chickens that I’ll keep in the run/coop for guests but may still be visible to your dog if theyre in the run. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Feel free to access the hose on the side of the front porch. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little messy there. Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. However, we fully support any dogs in our yard and welcome you regardless of your political views.
