We offer a fully fenced 6 acres in Turner, Oregon. We are a 5 minute drive from I-5 and South Salem. Here at the property, we have the most gorgeous views, a seasonal stream, a farm with a wide variety of animals (who are in their own fenced area) as well as lots of areas to sniff for your furry friends! We have a big parking lot and provide chairs, so youโre able to take a rest. For your convenience, doggy bags are also provided by the gate. Someone is always available on the property, so that if you have any questions, we are only a text/call away! Note: This pasture was used for our farm animals & we send our goats in once a month to keep the grass cut. With that being said, you may come across farm animal droppings during your visit. We also keep our tractor implements in this field, so please be careful around those. Theyโre located through the entrance, to your right. In the winter & fall months, the pasture has mud around the animal area. It takes up about 1% of the whole 6 acres. There is plenty of pasture for your doggy friends though!

Five-acres easily accessible off Bailey Hill Road, just outside Eugene OR, separated from the road by a steep embankment. This property has a seasonal creek, seasonal wetlands, and a picturesque bridge connecting a green front pasture to a pastured back acre with wooded areas on the property. My property is not fenced but is surrounded by natural, densely wooded areas. Note: The creek is seasonal and is not spring-fed. The water level ranges from flowing to muddy to bone dry, depending on weather and recent rainfall. The pastures are mowed infrequently, and the grass height ranges from tall to very tall - perfect for large dogs or small dogs that like to explore. I provide a water bowl and hose, chairs, easy parking, dog bags, a trash can, and free range of the property and creek area. Fruit trees and blackberry bushes are available for picking in season (speak to me if you want to take more than you can eat on the property). Please respect dog waste etiquette. There are security cameras on the property. Please, no smoking or fire.

Run your four legged family ragged in our 8 acer grass field at the foot of our gorgeous vineyard. With grape vines over a half-century old, Kristin Hill Winery is deeply rooted in the Eola-Amity Hills. Kristin Hill Winery embraces old-world wine-making styles with traditional European oak barrel-aging which builds depth and character while highlighting the grapes themselves. We have two designated gravel RV spots to the side of our field and we will sometimes have guests, with and without dogs. This is a working farm and we have crews and farm equipment that work much of the time. While you will be in a designated area it might be a little noisy from time to time. Update as we approach harvest: Fall is harvest time in the vineyard! With this we will be limiting our availability. Please reach out before booking if you would like to stay with us during this time(approximately September to end of October weather depending).

The wet weather has arrived! There is standing water in the lower section that most dogs think is a blast to run through! You may want to bring a towel (and some rain boots for yourself if youโd like to walk the property). Fully fenced area with beautiful views. A great space for all dogs with all energy levels. There is some standing water in parts of the fields during rainy seasons. Please pick up after your dogs. There are fruit trees on site. Feel free to take as much as you would like for yourself, your livestock or for compost! If you loved your visit, please share your experience with family and friends! **Interesting ecological fact if you see rainbow coloring on top of some of the standing waterโฆ it is NOT from chemicals or an oil slick. Hereโs the explanation. ๐ A common naturally occurring oily sheen originates from the seed cones of cypress trees. The cones usually fall into the water below the cypress, and an obvious rainbow sheen forms on the surface around the seed pod. In puddles of woodlands or around the edges of stagnant or very slowly moving water, it is common to find sheens covering the water in and about leaves and other vegetation. It is tempting to wonder what form of pollution resulted in the sheens, but the answer is microscopic - and natural. Tiny iron-loving bacteria of many types may be involved. A common tale is that some species of bacteria that live in areas with no oxygen (anaerobic conditions) get their energy by converting Ferric Iron (Fe III) to Ferrous Iron (Fe II) (chemists call this process reduction). As the Ferrous Iron moves through the ground water, it encounters water with oxygen, chemically fuses with the oxygen (chemists call this oxidation), then precipitates (separates from the water) and floats on the surface as a colorful sheen. There are species of bacteria that may help accelerate the oxidation process, and the most common is Theobacillis ferroxidans. At times, a significant area of the waterโs surface may be covered and the sheen is as reflective as a mirror, having little rainbow-effect.
Fully fenced, horses and chickens might be seen, about 1/2 an acre for a full run experience. Come join us here at the farm!
Come play or just hang out and relax at our peaceful quiet 3 fully fenced acres with a seasonal creek loads of open space to play fetch or just romp around. ***** when making a reservation, please make 24 hours in advance***** ๏ฟผA little wet right now. But itโs a beautiful spot tucked away from people. Fully fenced area around a pond. If your pup likes water this spot is perfect for you. There will be goats in the area they are nice. They will leave you alone. And I do have ducks also but they come up to the house during the day to eat. If you choose to come and pay screen shot the map I drew because the service is really bad.
One acre pasture. Fully fenced but one side has larger openings that a small dog could get thru. Horses in adjacent pasture.

Note on Facility Restoration: the storm damage is slowly being cleaned up. I have had to hire professional loggers to help in two phases of the clean up due to the dangers of the situation. I still have logs to remove from the area and fencing to rebuild. In the reconstruction process I will be changing the entrance to be nearer the parking area with an information kiosk built in. I look forward to when dogs can return to the sanctuary. Thank you to all my amazing guests who have given your dog(s) opportunity to find their calm within by visiting Jasper Memorial Sanctuary. It is amazing to see your dogs and you finding your inner peace. Thank you too for following all of the rules to keep this SS sustainable into the future. The fee set is the amount needed to allow me to keep this site open and provide improvements when needed. (I understand other sites charge less, but I've learned charging less is not financially sustainable. Hosts do not earn what they charge). I love hosting new and returning guests. RECENT IMPROVEMENTS: A 6'x6' sand box has been added. Please encourage digging in this location. Discourage digging in all other locations for the safety of everyone. A poop bag dispenser has been installed on a post near the gate and will be kept filled. MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST to repeat/returning guests after we have met. Please message me if interested. Jasper Memorial Sanctuary, named in memory of my soul dog Jasper, is no larger than 1.3 acres in size (I do not have specific data on the actual acreage) and fully fenced.
