This is a small private homestead, we do have goats, chickens and ducks. Also a flower garden and fruit and nut trees. The front part of the property is fenced, but the rest of the acreage is not. We also have 2 doggy poop stations for you to dispose of all the gifts your pooch may leave behind. At the top of the hill there are 2 Adirondack chairs for you to catch your breath and take in the spectacular view!

Four miles off of the Interstate 5 (Creswell Exit 182) Private 7 flat grass and wooded acres, fully fenced. There are a couple of spots along the fence line that have openings at the bottom or gaps. See photos. FRONT PASTURE IS CLOSED. Unfortunately, it is not handicapped accessible. Gopher, mole, and dog holes are to be expected. Mud during the rainy season. Sheep and llama keep pastures trimmed and fertilized.
