Not only the use of our private backyard, but you and your dog(s) have the option to swim in our beautiful sparkling refreshing saltwater swimming pool for an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit! Sign up for this option under the "EXTRAS" section. There are less expensive Sniffspots in Orlando you can visit, but none of them offer the amenities that Pepper's Backyard And Pool does. If you want to enjoy the dog days of summer swimming in a beautiful, clean, refreshing saltwater swimming pool with your dogs, Pepper's Backyard and Pool is the spot for you! Make your reservation now! Fully fenced in large backyard for your dog(s) to run around and play in. This spot is perfect for any dog, but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a dog swim vest or dog float if needed. There are dog swim vests on my patio for your use and convenience in sizes Xtra Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and XX-Large. Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded. There could potentially be neighbors of all types walking through my neighborhood since my home is located in a highly populated residential neighborhood. As a safety precaution, please lock your car doors, keep your dogs leashed while entering and existing my property, and be aware of your surroundings.

Got a dog who thinks a walk around the block is just the warm-up? Welcome to our little piece of Khaos in Pierson. 🐾 Our three-acre play area has room to run, sniff, and explore beneath the oak trees. The agility setup is already in place: jumps, a tunnel, tires, a balance plank, a raised platform, and wood piles for dogs to investigate and work around. We’re still adding to it, but my Belgian Malinois have been happily putting the current setup through its paces. For tracking or hiking practice, we also have two additional acres of natural, undeveloped woods. The wooded area is not fenced, so dogs need to remain under their handler’s control there. The main area has four-board wooden ranch fencing with openings between the rails. Please check the fence photos to decide whether it suits your dog, particularly if they’re small or inclined to slip through gaps. Our horses live in separate pastures and are loving around dogs. Before letting your dog off leash, please be certain they won’t chase, lunge at, or try to get through the fence to the horses. If you’re unsure how your dog will react, keep them leashed and away from the pasture boundaries. My horses deserve to feel safe on their own property, too. There’s a trampoline for dogs, a separate trampoline and swing for kids, and lights for evening visits. Bring the dog with energy to burn. We know the type. 🐾

We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
