This was our first time visiting, and I can’t say enough good things! Easy to find the place, nice little neighborhood. Plenty of running room and places to sniff. Will be visiting again!

We had a great time! My Irish setter was entertained the whole time smelling the yard and running around. Was very easy to get water. Jessica was very friendly in communication!

My dog loved this space so much! Great park to practice recall and/or simulate an off-leash hike, since there are a few little trails throughout. The one downside for any reactive/aggressive dog owners - the neighboring dogs essentially share the same fence and your dog will be able to go right up to them! They barked at us for 20 mins on and off which was triggering for my dog. Had to leash him because he has zero recall once he’s triggered and was worried about him jumping the fence. Still five stars as this is not the host’s fault and my dog had such a great time :)

Lovely and quiet place to hang out with my dog, my friends, and their dogs. The place is clean and the tall trees blocked sunshine from us. The host Jessica was communicative and helpful.

This was a great SniffSpot. It was quiet and wooded. It was not unbearable to hang outside in the unforgiving summer heat due to all of the trees! Water for the dogs is available. There’s a chair & bugspray for pawrents. My girl had a great time exploring. My escape artist tried to find gaps in the fencing but she didn’t find any! She was able to get under the deck, she found the spot that wasn’t covered by chicken wiring. I struggled a bit to get the fence gate open from the inside, but I eventually got it. Star loved the pool provider as well. This spot was as it was described. I wanted to check out a SniffSpot because I don’t feel comfortable going to dog parks. Here I could relax knowing my dog was safe to run around & explore. Thank you!

Easy to access - lots to sniff towards the back of the yard. A small covered back porch was great to take breaks on. There was a friendly older dog next door (through a chain-link fence) and the owner said there was also often a more energetic puppy.

Great spot! Note that there are chickens (contained in a corner) and a dog in the house. My dog was fine but an fyi to anyone with a dog who might freak out. Linda is lovely and communicative.

My dog had a blast playing here and Linda was very helpful. There is a chair for you to sit and some balls around the yard. I brought my own water and bowl, but there is a hose. There are chickens in a secured area and they were pretty quiet. I noticed some dog and chicken poops around the yard. I’m looking foreword to coming back!

Exactly what my boys needed, safe place to roam and be dogs, without worry or concerns that we’ve experienced at dog parks. Thank you for sharing your space with us!!

Our dog loved it! Lots of room to run around and a ton of things to sniff. A great place to tire out your pup. It was clean, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. We did put our 6-month old puppy on a long line during the visit because he’s small and clever enough to possibly get through the box wire fence.

We had a wonderful time playing with the dogs and walking around the trail-like section of the yard with them. The dogs enjoyed playing with the abundant sticks. We will be back. :)

FAQ about our Bahama dog parks

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 96% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Bahama area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 126 fully fenced dog parks in the area.
