Turn left and walk past the pool to the second chain-link gate, then enter the back section. Dogs must remain on leash until fully inside the back yard. The Space: Fully fenced with a combination of chain-link, wood fencing, and deer fencing. Great for most dogs. Not ideal for very small escape artists. There is also a trampoline in the yard — if your dog hops up on it, that’s perfectly fine! I will not bother you unless you ask me to! 😂❤️ If you see cars come and go we own a paintless dent repair company and sometimes customers bring their cars to the shop for dent removal. They will NOT bother you at all! You have EXCLUSIVE use of the pond and all of the yard during your visit!!! My property is also available for camping (tent or rv) upon request. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.
