This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. Only $4!! ....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

Large Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Enjoy in Rosemount

Two options for parking and access to backyard. Option 1: Side street parking (closest to white gate). Please note if using this access point, if the two Bernese mountain dogs across the street are outside, they most likely will come and say hi. They are both very friendly. It is out of my control to prevent this from happening. Perhaps a good training opportunity with your dog? Or if you want to avoid this from happening, please use parking option two directly across the street from my house. And enter through the chain link gate between my house and the neighbor. The neighbor on the shared fence side does have two small dogs. And the surrounding neighbors have dogs as well. Again, it is out of my control when they will be outside. The patio furniture on the deck is available for you to use while your dog is exploring.

Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. My backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff! *Water is on. Read below for instructions.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is left off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. Fenced in Yard In Richfield

A nice big backyard, in a moderately quiet corner of Richfield. Plenty of room for some zoomies or fetch or using the DIY agility equipment We’re near to the airport, two preschools, apartments, and Target. The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog is occasionally an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. If your pup is dog reactive, this might not be the spot for you. 💧 seasonal update: bring your own water. The hose is stored away for the winter.

We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.
