Rent safe and private dog fields hosted by locals in Boone, North Carolina

Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. ‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.

A place where all dogs get to be dogs. There is plenty of space for your dogs to run off-leash. Great place for frisbee or chuck it. Head into the woods and you will access the creeks. Rubber boots are highly recommended to enjoy the full experience. It's not likely your dog will be able to get to the road but there is no preventing a dog from taking off into the woods. My pack is available should your dog need socializing or just playmates.

*UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.

We have a huge open field to play with your furry friend and about 4 acres of woods and creek to hike and explore as well.

It's not uncommon to spot a black bear or deer passing thru the fields because this private dog park is an example of true country living! A peaceful area to enjoy.

Over 13 acres of land for the dogs to run around. There is not full fenced in area and there are neighborhood dogs around.

Room to run up the hills and back down. There is a little steam and totally fenced in.

Connect with nature as your pup explores our gorgeous pasture of around 20 acres. Beautiful mountain and lake views. Seating area coming soon. Round training area also available. This area is off the paved road and will require 4x4 after heavy rains.

For $100 a month membership you can let your dog run like a bat out of hell in a huge fully fenced pasture area that even a little dog can’t squeeze out of. This is in a one of a kind dog park and animal center appropriately named “Wonderland”. When you arrive you will notice that you have entered another world. This is not only a dog park, it’s a place where you can escape in nature and also visit Cheshire cats, mini horses, a mother donkey and her baby, and the Queen of Hearts. Your $100 a month includes daily visits during a time in the a.m. or p.m. that suits you. This is an exclusive membership limited to a few chosen ones so chances are your dog or dogs will get that field or trail all to themselves to enjoy. This park is only a mile from Petworks, 5 minutes from downtown Kingsport, 10 minutes from Bristol’s Pinnacle mall. You and your dog will go down a rabbit hole to get there.
