Children under 18 are always prohibited. Please see 'Extras' for more details.** This is a seasonal spot available from April - October. Spot is closed November - March. Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

Our property has 5 acres, an open field, a shady porch, a small forest, and a pond. Our dogs love to run around our field in the back and take a swim in our pond on those hot days. There is a porch with a bench and hammock by the pond to relax.

Please BYOB (bring your own bag) and discard poop off property.

We live in the country and have a fully-fenced in 1 acre property! We have plenty of trees, and covered seating under the tree or under the covered patio! We also have a box fan for dog owners to utilize during the hot days, along with sunscreen and bug spray. We have had our property sprayed for pests with safe (kid & pet friendly) products. There is also an outdoor dog toy basket, as well as you can use our water hose to fill up the dog bowls outside or use to play with your dog in the water- we just ask that you don’t leave the water running! ‼️Also- please note the trampoline and pool is for owner use only.. due to the risk of injury. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note- the detached garage and shed are off limits! ‼️ There are steps that lead you down the bottom half of the property where our dogs usually run wild! (They will be in the house while your dog is here) You can park next to our large oak tree in front of the large gate- the gate is unlocked- but it is heavy, currently working on making that easier for our guests! If I am home I am happy to assist you in opening the gate. 🥰

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood for your pups to play! We have a variety of agility equipment available for use. I do ask that if you adjust the equipment to different heights that you return it to its original position. We have several jumps, a set of 6 weave poles, a mini a frame, and a teeter. A tunnel is available if requested before you arrive. Our spot also features a large kiddie pool for the pups and a water hose to refill as needed. We have several chairs available, a fire pit and a variety of children's toys if you'd like to bring your family along. If you plan to use the fire pit please bring your own wood. We have curtains up to protect your privacy and minimize distractions for your dog.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

(Please hose off after use) Disposable dog bowls are provided to prevent spread of dog viruses. Please dispose in trash can when done.

Dogs can swim and access pool and spa from a variety of steps and ledges. Each reservation has one support human in the pool, regardless to the number of dogs. Additional humans can be added as an “extra” in the booking process. There is shaded grass and wood chip areas. If blackberries are ripe, help yourself to a couple.

Hi there! My name is Nat and I’m so excited for you and your fur-babies to come visit my home. I work from home during the week and have 2 fur babies with me, Apollo and Meliodas. Despite redundant training and boarding school Meliodas has always been on the reactive side. When I heard about sniff spots I knew that I wanted to be able to both take him to places where he felt safe and create a place where other reactive dogs felt safe as well. On top of this, I am a full time Foster Dog Momma so creating a space that is both enriching and dog friendly is my top priority. The house is completely fenced in by a 7ft wood fence and I also live in a gated community for extra peace of mind.
