This private yard features a 6 foot high chain linked fence encompassing approximately 0.7 acres. For dogs: Balls and 3 types of ball launchers, including electric, manual, and shotgun, are provided. Also provided are a water bowl, towels, poop station, toys, and two off ground dog beds. For humans: A small refrigerator stocked with bottled water, a sunroom with electric fireplace, an outdoor bonfire with seating for three and snacks are provided. The main entrance is on a hill, but another entrance, that is only slightly sloped, can be accessed as well upon request.

We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets. *please note we have a woodchuck living under our deck that likes to poop on our stairs. We try our best to clean it up but you may come across some woodchuck droppings.

Never any poisonous pesticides or fertilizer used. All Natural! Seating and doggie pool available (request pool is emptied before leaving and not filled more than half or you can’t tip over to empty). No dogs in surrounding yards. Great for big and small dogs! Lots of trees and shrubbery to give you a private oasis. Please close the gate when leaving. Note: I bought my house with a large after one of my dogs was attacked at a dog park causing 2 surgeries and very expensive vet bills. Enjoy my yard with piece of mind.

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. This is a private residence with a very large backyard fenced in. We are set back from the road so once you are in our back yard it feels like you are 2 hours + north. In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dog. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and since we are new at this we are looking to see how this goes before adding additional features. At this time the house will be locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen. If your dog is not dog reactive you shouldn’t have an issue! Or if your dog is like one of mine they just run the fence and bark. Which is ok! We want you to feel comfortable and free along with your beloved companion! At the back of my yard there is a gate you can go through which will lead you to acres of fields, creeks and trees! I suggest you keep your dog on a leash past my yard. You are responsible for your dogs health and well being! I only allow dogs that are UTD on their vaccinations! To prevent my dogs from contracting anything. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOGS FECAL MATTER AND DISPOSE OF IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Have fun!
