Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

Welcome to our fenced-in Church Hill yard—a great spot for dogs to run, play, and relax! The grassy area is about 500+ square feet and gets lots of sunshine, with a small paved section that has a grill, table, and some toddler toys. The yard is fully enclosed with latched gates at the front and back for added security. We don’t have a dog ourselves, so this is a neutral space for pups of all personalities. While we’re just getting started, we plan to add more amenities soon! Please bring what you need. The yard is in a quieter area, just off a main road, and while it’s mostly sunny, there are some shaded spots. A quick request: Please don’t allow the dogs to play with the children’s toys (they are mostly tucked away). Other than that, we hope you and your pup enjoy the space. We’re excited to host and make this a great spot for dog owners!

My back yard, basically. Nothing that would hurt a dog, I keep the grass low. The lawn is treated monthly. You'll hear the neighbors beagles but they usually settle down. There is no chance of an interaction with said beagles though. I work from home so I'll be here, inside. My dog Finn ( in the pic) will be inside as well. No plans or interest to interrupt your dog time 🙂 I have big event tent I am installing in the next couple of days for shade purposes. There is also a well spigot for use in the area.

It has everything a pup could ask for: an open clearing for zoomies or game of fetch, shady woods and nooks and crannies to investigate, SO MANY critter sniff trails, and dirt, leaves and grass to dig in! It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Easy side-street parking on Kamankeag makes accessing the yard through the back gate a piece of cake! *OUR FENCING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL DOGS OR ESCAPE ARTISTS.*

Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** Here are some additional details about our yard: - Private gate entrance and ample space to spread out. - Our dog stays indoors and won’t be a nuisance during your visit. - Friendly neighbor dogs next door can be heard but not seen. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.
