roughly 1 acre fenced in. 2 acres of wooded area, it will be getting wood chips over the summer. Access to river(slow moving water) roughly 4 foot deep in the deepest. Backyard is big enough to throw a bal and dog get to full speed. The trail being wood chipped will be softer on dogs feet than hot pavement. It will be a quarter mile loop for a running trail. We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
