I do a poop scoop at least 2-3x weekly so I can't guarantee spotless perfection but I'll do my best to clean up before scheduled visits- please do the same:) There is ample seating for human guests and a table. Patio gets sun from midday to early evening, 2 umbrellas provide shade.

Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! (Feel free to move our weed tarp out of the way if you want to play). Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.
