Excellent spot for medium to small dogs for training or general off leash fun. Full access to the porch with umbrella, electricity, water, and wifi - we also have a collapsible dog pool that would be available as well. We have chairs and a table to relax at. We have a friendly 3 month old doberman but we would make sure she is upstairs with us during any visits. Neighbors on either side but typically not around. We are located right in Polish Hill . Ideally no more than 2 dogs and 3 guests for a visit. My partner works from home so we really would only need a few hours notice to get the yard ready and unlock the gate. We have a lovely yard that is fully fenced and ready for you and your dog to come play! We live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Washington. We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. Please use the smaller gate to access the yard. We do have a dog who is always inside during visits. Sometimes he can be heard barking. We apologize for this. We try to keep him upstairs during visits to prevent distractions. The yard is fully fenced with a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. Please feel free to enjoy the deck while your dogs play! I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display during the summer. We have a retractable gate on the deck if you need to use it. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water (except during the winter we put them away in storage). We have a bucket for poop and a garbage can in the driveway for any trash. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!
