Welcome to Canada Corners! We have two big yards as well as a separated pool/deck area. We have a herd of goats that stays separate in one of the yards. We also have an indoor dog gym! We have sports equipment, carpet mill, and fitpaws gear. The “goat yard” is off limits to dogs except on approval however people are welcome to say hi to the goats and feed them pre-approved snacks. This yard has a low muddy area with lots of shade covering from trees. This yard connects to the goat shelter which often has leftover goat feed - corn, grains, and minerals. The goats have several climbs and obstacles including a children’s play slide, tires, tire swing, wobble board from a recycled satellite dish, and (broken) a-frame. Also goat poop… The “dog yard” has a kiddie pool, raised dog beds, digging areas, agility equipment, and oh so many dog toys. The pool and deck area has a 2’ deep pool with an inflatable ramp for smaller dogs to exit safely. The pool sets right next to the deck allowing dogs to jump into the pool easily. There are pool noodles to fill the gap between the deck and pool edge for safety. The deck is composite and does heat up in the sun - there is an umbrella available for hot days. There are outlets on the deck as well as chairs and a table. There are agility obstacles and training equipment on site - we have jumps, small tunnel and chute, cones, barrels, old school flyball box and hurdles, platforms, klimb table, carpet mill, and fitpaws equipment. We also have equipment for nosework, shed hunt, obedience, and rally. The neighbors have a dog who lives on a tie-out and does bark but stays mostly out of sight. My pack of dogs is in the house and can be loud/barky occasionally. Outside the fenced area there are apple trees (untreated), a scenic hill, garden areas, bird feeders, and a boardwalk overlooking the wetlands. We back up to an off property hay field that is accessible sometimes but not guaranteed. This private dog park is also home to Canada Corners Pet Grooming. There is a dog wash inside. This is by appointment only, please contact me for details!

We had a lovely time here! It was so fun to have enough room that our dogs could really run full-speed. We walked a few loops around the property, which seemed more like a hike than a bank yard hang out. Our dogs thought the steep slope in the back was really fun, and the wooded section is so serene and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

This dog park never stops! You get every terrain experience in one spot- clear landings for full speed sprints, hills for some major exercise and wooded trails with plenty of wandering opportunities. Anything your pooch would need or want! We will make this a routine outing. Just so grateful to the host(s) for sharing their unique, ginormous lot of land with others!

Best entry way to get organized with the dogs before entering the yard. My dogs love the huge yard and the far back woods/trail area that has an area to sit while they sniff around. Dogs are definitely tired out at the end of their play time. Plenty of places to sit and relax throughout the yard and several places for dogs to get a drink. Yard is clean, well-kept, and the fencing around the property keeps my dogs contained without issue. Would recommend to anyone!

Great place. Will definitely go back. Perfect size for dog just learning to be off leash. Plenty of room to run, but not so much that you need to worry about them getting too far away. Was a hot day, so our pup especially enjoyed the splash pad and kiddie pool and I enjoyed having plenty of shady areas to get out of the sun.

We had a great time at Moon Valley! It was the perfect spot for our young hounds to run and sniff and our senior puggle to mosey around at his pace. They loved the open space to run and wooded area for exploring. It was secure and the communications were very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Such a nice, large space! It was clean and had lots of good sniffs for my girl and fun obstacles to parkour with! We will definitely be back!

February 2024
We had the best time! Our dog has been stuck inside for a few weeks with a toe injury and unable to go on runs or even have much freedom in our yard. To celebrate the end of house arrest, we took him here. It’s the biggest space he’s ever been off leash because we want to be within some sort of fence. He was happy happy happy and got more speed than I’ve ever seen with the extended runway.

I rescued my adult border collie 3 months ago, and this was the first time I’ve seen him get the zoomies ❤️ So much space to sprint around! We’ll definitely be regulars here — can’t wait to come back!

FAQ about our Comstock Park dog parks

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Comstock Park area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 50 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 9 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby.
