ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste! ***We may have a few days blocked off soon during the summer to allow time for contractors to do work on the exterior of the house. This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children (or children at heart) to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup. Note that if your dog is more reactive around people, we recommend coming during the morning during the week. During the summer you may see neighbors out in their yards doing yard work. Hose is on for the season! It is out by the garden and we have moved the water bowl out that way too for easy refills while you are here.

At the moment the fence needs some reinforcements for doggos that might try to escape, but adequate for pups and their parents that need a space to run and relieve!

Land purchased originally to build a home, some of it is a natural wetland/pond area so we are keeping it natural! No current seating area but working to improve for more pet friendly! The property line along I-69 is fenced, but the areas on the neighborhood side are not fenced so please be mindful of their property. Enjoy!

We have 4 1/2 acres with short grass, 5 acres of field with several mowed hiking trails, and a smaller completely fenced in area. There is a pooper scooper available for the fenced in yard so you can deposit your dog’s poo in the edge of the woods. If you’re in the large yard or field you’ll need to bring your own poop bags. There is a small kiddie pool for your pooch and a couple of chairs available for watching your dog(s) in the small yard at this time.

We have a large yard a medium size dog run.. we have chickens and 2 dogs here. But they mostly stay in alot. And easily contained. We also do have a pond in the back aways. We have dog toys. We personally don't use chains but can if needed. We love animals here and try to treat them as best we can.
