Well manicured and safe backyard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. We have a 4 dog max per reservation due to the clean up process between visits. If you’re interested in going a dog party with more dogs, please reach out to me beforehand. An extra hour of booking will be required to allow for clean up time. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation. We hope you and your pup enjoy our beautiful fully fenced, shaded backyard! Duke, my chocolate lab, is happy to share his backyard with other furry friends. He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fully fenced backyard. There is a hose available so feel free to use it! I also have landscape and string lighting that comes on at night so it’s all good if your pup needs good sniffs later in the evening 🐶 if you need anything, just message me. *I have multiple outdoor cameras for safety.*

Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

** Closed July 14th for lawn maintenance ** This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property although it is always a possibility. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria/algae and keeps the pond healthier. Algae blooms are still possible in any pond. We monitor the pond closely for the safety of our pets and yours. Water is tested monthly.
