We have almost an acre of land fenced in and just waiting for your furry friends to run and play. There is a private driveway for parking and your own gate in and out. We recently added swings to the climbing tree and a fire pit to enjoy while the dogs run free. You do need to bring your own firewood. An exact address will be given once you’ve booked. When you get to our house you’ll drive past the private drive where our yellow house is located, and look on the right hand side for a second driveway. The pictures provided will show you what you’re looking for. Pull down that second driveway, park right by the cattle gate and enjoy. I’m so glad to report that the bugs have not been very bad this season. There are, however occasional piles of fire ants that we try to keep track of. I just want you to be aware. Also, if it has recently rained the backside of the field does get extremely wet so be prepared for your pup to get wet. You are welcome to use the hose that is supplied to rinse your dog off before you leave.

Welcome to Sweetwater Palms. A private home featuring a Swimming pool for your Pup to swim, splash and play. Pet parent get to enjoy the amenities too. Also makes great Photos for social media post. Large pool with shallow ledge. Perfect for wading and getting your feet and paws wet until ready doggy paddle. Fully fenced Pool deck allows for off leash enjoyment. Yard features nice green grass for fetch, Small walking trail, and Dock on Sweetwater Creek. We just added a Dog sand box too! Stay for an hour for a quick dip or pack the family and Pool Bag and chill for hours. Our yard offers lots of Fun and relaxation opportunities. Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Pup swim includes 1 Human Friend. **** Additional Humans MUST be added under extras **** Dog Floats, Human Floats and other fun stuff under extras. APRIL: We will only be open on the weekends for 1 hour appointments. If you would like a 2 hour+ mid week booking, please reach out to host directly. Discounts/Sniffpass/Memberships: We love our repeat Swimmers! BUT we do not offer Sniffpass or Memberships. Accounting with Sniffspot has too many errors and bugs both for us as the host and the customers too.

Fully fenced backyard, pool is currently off limits. Entrance is the gate to the right of the driveway. Please close gate behind you and when leaving.

Pool for animals and owners

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

1 acre fully fenced yard with water access and a large dog kiddie pool. Large oak tree gives plenty of shade and sticks to chew! Pet Parents can park outside of the gated area. This Sniff Spot is next to Sandy Acres Baptist Church with an American Flag Banner on the gate.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.

Fully fenced 5 acres of pasture in Lake County. Back half of property fencing is reinforced with no climb wire so small dog secure. Front half is 4 board without reinforcement so large dog safe only. Lots of room to run, several nice tubs to cool off. Horses on property are stalled during the day. Property owner’s dogs will be confined to house.

Sozo Bark & Party Park is well shaded with sunny spots to enjoy. It's a great location for a private play session with your dog or you can bring a friend for a special play date. We can even host doggy parties for your favorite occasion. This is a non-smoking park: vaping is okay.

Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.
