Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible. *Rules are simple but some forget, which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 *Do not carve on trees please, especially the big tree at the back boundary with Indian carvings on it. 🐶💕 *Do not leave bags of waste along the driveway. Dogs get to be dogs here so bagging isn’t necessary but if you bag their waste, then take it to the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *a horse trough is provided in place of a picnic table / bench at the back boundary next to the small fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations are being made for a heavier picnic table that won’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Privacy fenced back yard perfect for quick play trips and new sniff spot for enrichment. Will be putting more into it for both humans and dogs in the future as well. Private entrance, water spigot, concrete slab with chairs, shady corners. Long enough for a good running area for large dogs, small enough to not be overwhelming for small dogs.

There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely!
