Beautiful 27-acre property in rural Wartrace with plenty of room for dogs of any size or breed to come play, off or on leash. This is an awesome opportunity for you and your pet to go on the fun-filled, adventure-packed, private field trip you’ve been waiting for! We have a creek and pond on site for the water loving fur babies to use as they please! We ask that you use the second entrance that has a gravel driveway and parking area, rather than the entrance to the main house. There will be signage at the correct entrance. Keep in mind that we have a fence on all sides except along the road. However, our road isn’t very busy, and you will be far enough off the road enough that we do not foresee any problems, as long as your dog doesn’t have a tendency of heading for the hills as soon as they are off leash. Even then, I think there is enough room that any dog will be free to run and play without harm. We have two dogs of our own, so please let me know if you would like me to put them up during your visit. If not, my doggos are friendly and would love to play with your pet(s)! Most of the pets in the pictures provided are of dogs I have watched for friends and family in the past. Oh, and no need to bag poo. 😁

Other land owners across from creek own to the center of the creek as well.****** if you see other land owners swimming at the back boundary, please choose another area to swim in till they leave*******. The mountain side and driveway itself it’s a safe place where you will not see other people and should only see wildlife. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. Montlake Doggie Heaven!

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely!
