Our land has a few fenced in areas recently used for cows so they aren’t full privacy fences. If you are worried about your companion running off please note that this property is unfenced surrounded by corn fields. This is PLENTY of space to roam, a trail to a pond, and lots of scents to smell. We do not allow pups getting in the pond, for your safety and your pups

Free range. Great place to let your pups spread their legs and release some energy. Very quiet and private. Please contact me ahead of time to let you know when the grass was cut last!

68 acres and wooded trails and a large open field, located down a long privet driveway. Let your dogs run and play without the worries associated with a public park! We do have chickens, goats, and dogs on the property but they are either fenced in or in the house during your visit.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. Welcome to The AmericanK9 Dog Ranch! Our huge field is fully fenced in! We have a wide variety of amenities for our guests as well! We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

8 acre pasture completely fenced in with wood fence and field wire. The outer perimeter has a cleared walking path as well as the middle of the field. Separate smaller fenced in area (1/4 acre) can be requested for use as well. You are allowed to drive your vehicle in to the field without having to leash your pup! It’s such a large area that waste removal isn’t required unless it’s on the walking path. If that happens, please dispose of over the fence. Shovel provided a entry. Fully fenced 120' x 30' area for off leash fun plus 20ish acre property to wander with your leashed pet(s). There is a horse barn on the property as well as rescue pigs, goats and sheep (all fenced in), but lots to see and smell!

We are a private home that sits on 3 acres of mostly open field in rural Cape May (south of the canal). 14 acres of State land border our property and we sit a half mile off the road so your dog is fairly far from traffic. There are no current dogs in our household but we pet-sit dogs under 40# and we do walk them at various times of the day on a leash around the property. They cannot have any interaction with Sniffspot dogs so your time slot must be adhered to. We also freerange our hens and let them out by 11 am. So sunrise until 11 am are our hours your dog can come run and sniff.

This is a 2.7 acre property that backs up to White Marsh Park. There are several mature trees but the property is mostly cleared. Forest Drive is a quiet road and this property is toward the end (about 1 mile in from Rte 3). Prince George's County does not allow homeowners to own pitbulls (unfair, I know) so it's my guess there may be an issue if you want to bring a pit. I want to welcome every dog but bound by local laws unfortunately.

Very easy to work with. 4 house down from a veterinarian office! Kids welcome to play on swing and trampoline (at their/your own risk) also! Easy access from 896/95/Middletown/Newark! Would be awesome for training, especially off leash. My dog is trained off leash and she benefited amazingly from my property! We love dogs!

We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

18 acre farm. Has woods, open field, stone driveway, off street parking. Drinking water for dogs and hose access upon request during warm weather months.

Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.
