Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! Come visit our unique, peaceful yard in the canyon located in easy-to-access central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies on! The yard is fully-fenced in and secure around the entire perimeter with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, toys, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a play structure and in-ground trampoline for the kids and young-at-heart. :) You will not encounter any other dogs on the other side of the fence as the yard is adjacent to the canyon on 2 sides and senior neighbors to the right who NEVER use their yard. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Taylor pond is a 5 acre pond located in the heart of Poway. The amenities include a grass yard and yard in the back filled with wood chips and a eucalyptus grove as well of course as the pond. Keep in mind when you bring your dog we turn to work in the yard and also rent out a building in the back to Airbnb. So please make sure your dog is friendly with people.
