Winter Parking (if you can’t make it down the second driveway due to snow or mud) is at the bottom of my driveway. You’ll see the Sniffspot Parking Sign. Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Remote switch for lights is located on the bulletin board in the barn. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys and agility equipment in a large fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. Each dog can have their own fenced-in area to play and observe or open the gate and connect the two spaces for your dogs to explore all that we have to offer. Included with other amenities, we offer confidence building equipment, a digging station, stretching board, pools for water (seasonal) and sensory play, enrichment toys, natural fitness stations and more! Have a special request or need? Let us know. We are happy to accommodate if we are able! Clean water bowls are also offered as well as a sink to easily refill and wash your hands or a toy as needed (seasonal). When done playing with the toys, simply leave them in the bucket provided for cleaning and sanitation for the next furry friend. On the back side of the house is a hose and sprayer as well as dry towels inside the bench (seasonal). Feel free to dry your dog off after splashing in the pool and wipe their feet before they hop back in your car. Simply leave the used towel on the bench and we will pick up. Waste pick up is simple and easy with the pooper scoopers and rakes we offer for disposing in our Doggie Dooley Septic Systems (seasonal). In cold weather, and year round, you will also find poop bags in our mailbox located just inside the entry gate. Please pick up and dispose of waste in the garbage pail found near the mailbox. My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! We believe a tired dog is a happy dog, and an even happier owner 😉

A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne Hotel has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! Our yard features a large open grassy area to play ball or frisbee, a meadow/English garden type area, and some overgrowth on the sides of the yard that provide a fun terrain for your dogs to explore and sniff! The dogs are welcome to roam wherever they’d like! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water and we have some toys and bags for you to use if needed. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard, and a white picket fence reinforced with wire. We mow regularly, and often have flowers and trees in bloom! There is a picnic table and lawn chairs for the humans to enjoy, and the pups too, if they’d like! There is always ample, safe, street parking directly next to the entrance gate, which is on the side of the house. There is also parking directly in front of the Hawthorne Hotel. The best parking spot is right outside the gate! Please do be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as it requires a firm tug to latch. Because of the extensive precipitation recently, there can be some soft ground in the low area of the yard. It can be a little muddy after it rains. Feel free to use the hose to rinse your pup off if they play in the water. Contact us to get a viewing or if you have any questions!

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a play ground of you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the back yard that's your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and really let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play like our dogs do. Our back yard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! Also, please do not allow your dog to dig and please clean up after your dog. I have two dogs of my own and clean up their poop daily. I have two dogs and would appreciate it if you didn't allow your dog or dogs up on my deck! Thank you!

2 acres of short grass. lovely stream past the chicken coop in the back. access to a private woods trail (on our property) that leads to miles of power line trails (rarely see anyone out there). The entrance to the trail is directly behind our fishing boat in the back.

We are open🥰 Offering two dogs for one rate per hr Lots of flat walking trails thru beautiful wooded property. Trails maintained, and open early spring thru late fall to start. If popular, we can open for winter hikes too. A canopy and bench in a fenced in area for play and relaxing, then leash up for a great walk thru the shaded and cool, winding trails in our forest. Possibly See deer, wild turkey, rabbit and squirrel, so that's why we ask for leashes on Flat, level walking meandering paths thru our wooded area. Boots or sneakers please, no open toe shoes ( for your own safety). And No smoking on property, too much of a fire Hazzard. Please clean up after pet, we supply a trash can for disposal, located at the gate of the fenced area.

Property known as Walnut Hill has 30+ acres of unfenced woods and rough trails of nearly two miles. Dogs are free to run untethered if appropriate for the dog and handler.

Hi! Welcome! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of parking on Main Street in Hampstead. There is plenty of room for your dog to run around and plenty of smells from my dogs. One section of the fence is only 3 feet high, so it may not work if your dog is a jumper. My neighbor has horses that may be in a nearby pasture. There are also dogs that live next-door. If you are coming, I will keep my dogs in the house. They will probably not even know you are out there. There is one spot that can get muddy depending on the weather. The rest of the yard is grass and a small area of bushes and other vegetation. There is also a rocky area under my deck. During the warmer months, there will be a picnic table and chairs. Please bring bags and pick up after your dog. There is a trash bucket out there. I will also have a water bowl out there during the warmer months. There is a gate if you need to block off the stairs to the deck. It is next to the shed under the deck. I have tenants that may go in and out off the deck but I inform them of visits and they are dog people. Thank you! Please let me know if you need anything. As of April it is very muddy. The pups seem to love the mud but you might want to bring a towel for your car ride home. *Security cameras in use.*

Welcome to our backyard! We know how valuable new experiences are for dogs and how being off leash to run, sniff, and play is good for dogs' physical and mental well being - and ours, too! Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

We live on nine acres of property in the woods of Lebanon, ME. We have a long dirt driveway leading up to our barn and house, with about 2 acres of yard surrounding the house for your pup to sniff and play. There are small streams along the sides of the property, lots of leaves and trees to sniff through, and even horses to see!

A large farm property. Featuring large fields with mowed paths for walking and long grass for exploring. There will be a seating area with a trash can provided for pet waste and drinking water for your fluffy friends. In case of sudden rain you are welcome to open the barn door and sit inside and wait out the storm or get out of the sun for a minute. Thier is a hose and kiddie pool if your dog wants to play in the water. Thier are goats and ducks on property in a fenced in area please control your dog around them and do not allow into the fences areas. Feel free to sniff through the fence. Your dogs can run off leash safely the property is located in a dirt road with little traffic lots of people walking the road with their pets. Thier is a public pond a little down the road you can walk to for even more exploring. *During the two blocked times is when we put the goats in and out and feed them. If you would like to book during these times please note we will be in and around the yard.

Large fully fenced in yard available for your pup to play in! We also have a dog friendly above ground pool with a doggy ramp for easy pooch access and safety. Grass is kept short and edges are wooded. Water spigot available for filling dishes. I do have 2 dogs that will be inside during your visit but not visible.

Our farm is open fields, lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim, and in the summer grab some vegetables at the farm stand. There are ungroomed walking trails that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. There are a couple other dogs on site but they’re far away at the front farm house, very old and won’t bother you. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. We will do our 100% best to ensure no person or domestic animal will bother you on your adventure here. We work in animal rescue and commit that all proceeds will go towards continuing to help abandoned, abused, and neglected pets. Thank you for enjoying our peaceful space. Welcome to our yard: our dog’s favorite place! Fully fenced in from house to property line property line; also “double-fenced” where the woods begin to keep dogs on the grass. Park along the street and walk up the driveway to the white fence, reach over to unlatch the gate and step in onto the patio. Your dog may play anywhere in the yard or on the patio. Please do not go behind the chicken wire fencing or sheds. You are welcome to use any of our tennis balls, “chuck-its” and dog toys while using the yard; we leave them on the patio table. Feel free to take a seat under the umbrella for some shade. If the little doggie “kiddie” pool is set up, you may use it, but absolutely NO people OR dogs allowed in the above-ground pool. We also ask that you please stay off the deck. You may dispose of any poop bags in the tin milk can under the deck. Please close the gate behind you when you leave. We hope you and your dog have tons of fun in our yard!
