Welcome to Pawadise! Our dog resort features two fully-fenced acres, and 8 acres of nature trails that connect to miles and miles of public trails in Winchester. At the end of the public trails there are large open fields. Our fenced play yard contains tunnels, climbing rocks and playgrounds, a bone-shaped dog pool, and more! 200+ toys to play with, featuring rubber balls, plushies, flirt poles and tug toys. The area is lit by ambient hanging lights at night, and has an optional fire pit. The play area is 100% fenced in, and safe for even small dogs to be off leash. We inspect the perimeter daily. We have a trainer on-site for any training training sessions you'd like to add-on. We can help you hit the trails with confidence with some off-leash and recall training. We also offer group hikes, sitting, and daycare services.

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

Whichampton Equestrian goes to the Dogs! Fully enclosed arena sniffspot

*Same Spot. New Owners* Hot day, rainy day, cold day, snowy day - pop over over a fully enclosed romp in our private 80' x 180' indoor (riding) arena. Visitors are welcome to use the equine obstacles available in the indoor or bring your own. High windows in the building prevent visitors from seeing the other animals. Horses and donkeys are kept on site but not in the area of the spot. Openings starting at 30 minutes and up to full day rentals. Happy to chat about weekly club, daycare or spots. Please no digging in the arena footing. Please leave everything as you found it. Guests must sign a waiver on their first visit. The building is equipped with security cameras inside and out. Private equestrian facility nestled in beautiful Litchfield County. 10+ acre field with various things to climb on and jump over (tire bridge, logs, etc). Fully enclosed INDOOR arena with lights also available under our second location 

Groverland

The pool is open!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) There has been some confusion around booking the pool - you need to book the yard for at least as long as you book the yard. The yard blocks the spot on the calendar, not the pool. For example, if you book the yard for 90 minutes, the longest you can book the pool is 90 minutes (you can book the pool for less (e.g. 60 min or 30 min) if you prefer. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. There is also a kiddie pool for use. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Now for the Debbie Downer part - as the spot has gotten more popular, we are seeing things getting damaged and, as a result, have added a few rules. If you damage something, please let us know so we can address it. Things happen, so do not worry, we just need to know so we take care of it before the next guest. Pool rules: 1) No dogs on the pool furniture 2) Please do not prop the pool gate open Let us know if you have any questions! IMPORTANT - please note that we have audio and video surveillance in the yard. We are not listening to you….the surveillance is in place as documentation of the noise generated by the Spot to defend against neighbor statements of excessive noise.
