The yard is fully fenced and we do not have other pets that will use the yard. We are located in a subdivision. We have had large and small dogs use our yard. Adam and Terrie love dogs and we no longer have a dog. We do not want to own another dog at this time but we love to have them around. We share our yard with you because it gives your dogs a chance to run and play and it gives us a chance to see a dog. We try to greet you as soon as you arrive, offer drinks and assistance, and if you allow it, we’d love to pet your dog(s)!

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large farm pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. Our yard, though not enormous, is the perfect spot for your pup to run and get some energy out! It’s lengthy so there’s plenty of room to throw a ball, frisbee or other toys. Our dogs enjoy running in circles and around the trampoline. We have one of the largest lots on the street and the pups love playing back there. It’s fully fenced but please make sure the gate is latched upon entering / exiting. We find our dogs rest under the trampoline for shade when needed. There is a trashcan on the deck should you need to deposit waste or you can use the rake/ bucket system we have and we will deposit it later. There is a water bowl on the deck. During warmer seasons, the hose will be turned on and there will be an auto dog spigot attached. Once your pup learns to drink from this - they won’t stop! There are various toys spread throughout the yard. There are 2 chairs and a table on the back deck available for you to use to sit and watch your pups play. We are backed against a black trail so you’ll sometimes see walkers walking. There’s a pond across the street which is fun to walk with your pups along with a waste station should you choose to use that. One neighbor has a dog and one doesn’t so you will occasionally see a dog outside. Parking - we suggest you park on Destiny and walk down the path to our house. You may enter through the gate which will be easier than coming in through the front.

Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need!
