There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Important for your visit: • Please drive down to the last barn and park. • Please stay within the property boundaries — we’ve included clear photos in the listing showing fences, markers, and property lines to help you navigate easily. • Please pick up after yourself and your dog as there are no trash cans on site. • As a working farm, you may occasionally see or hear light farm activity (equipment, crops, etc.), but the chances are low during Sniffspot bookings. Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Bloomhill Farm over 5 Acre Farmland and Forrest Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In the heart of Manassas

This is a great area, a farm secluded in the middle of Manassas. There is a large field on the side of the house that is mowed and maintained. Behind the field there is a wooded area that you can also explore with a small fence that will show you the boundary. There are some trails maintained and mowed throughout the wooded area as well. We are adjacent to the 234 bypass but a line of trees shield you from the sight of cars. There are no domestic animals here anymore but the fields are still here and beautiful. There is plenty of room for you and your dog to run around and enjoy some peace, quiet, and freedom!! You can throw your Frisbee or ball as far as you want! There is a covered little seating area and a hose for freshwater or if you need to hose down some feet. There is a trash can available and easy parking. I hope you enjoy this area as much as we do it's a beautiful place and we want to share it.
