There is a gravel pad for drive-in parking – drive-in park your car, close gate behind you and let your dog out out of the car. There is also a gazebo with a picnic table, providing shade and a convenient spot to sit and take in the view. We do have plans of setting up agility obstacle this field. It is a work in progress. :) Please be advised that because we are on quite an old well, no water is provided on site. Please bring a bowl and drinking water for your pet.

Both parks are secured by a 4ft wooden fence with mesh wire fencing as well as around the parameter of all 4 acres, lots of parking anywhere on paved driveway or pull right into the play area. There is a front play area and a larger back play area that is fully fenced with mesh wire in addition to the entire acreage for added sense of security for our guests. Feel free to use either park during your visit. Please shut the gates to the park you are in as you may see family members enter the property or leave during your visit. Our dogs will never be let out during your visit and you will be the only guests having access to both play areas during your visit. We have very friendly horses as our neighbours that are very used to dogs. Welcome any suggestions to make your playtime more enjoyable. Enter through the gate on the north side of our driveway. Please park on the side of our driveway in front of the entry gate. Please allow enough room for us to get around. Our neighborhood would appreciate not parking on the main road. Please clean up after your pet. Please close gate when leaving. Our dogs will likely be at the property, but they will be outside this area. This was a Sniffpass property previously, and we are hoping to carry on now that we are the new owners of the property. The Urban Pack Yard is a fully fenced, private inner-city space with approximately 2,000 sq ft for your pup(s) to sniff, explore and play. The yard has a mix of grassy, gravel, paved and cobblestone areas, with mature lilac bushes that pup(s) are welcome to wander through and explore. Dogs have access to the whole space, including the raised patio, and there’s comfortable patio seating for their humans too. The lawn is regularly mowed and the space is maintained for your visit. No interaction with me is necessary - you and your pup(s) can enjoy the space privately, but I’m happy to say hello or help if requested or in case of an emergency. This is a non-smoking property. I provide water bowls, dog brushes, toys, poop bags and a dog pool, with a garden hose available for drinkable water too. Whether you have one pup who needs some private space or a whole crew who wants somewhere to play together, you’ll have the yard privately to yourselves for your booking.
