Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. We have a fully fenced in backyard that is off the road at the end of our driveway. We have multiple gate entry points, but the point of entry for the spot is straight back behind the driveway on the left of the red shed. The gate can lock and the yard goes downhill so there are little distractions to dogs who might be a little curious. The fence is lined with chicken wire and our dogs (we have 4) are kept inside during bookings!

There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

I apologize for all of the blocks in October, lots of work trips! The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little tree and fire pit! There will be a basket of toys for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to working schedules. Because of the changing weather the sprinklers are put away for the season!

We have 2.5 acres. We have 9 rescue dogs who require no fence because the woods and creek enclose our property. The creek has a perfect place for the dogs to swim. Our dogs are all indoor dogs so if someone is booked they will be safely inside.
